我国农村居民税负地区性差异的实证分析

我国农村税费改革主要关注农村居民税费负担过重的问题,而税负地区性不平等的问题被忽视。研究表明:近年来我国经济带之间、西部地区内部各省份之间农村居民税负的差距呈缩小趋势,而经济较发达的东、中部地区内部的差距在进一步扩大;造成这种差异的主要原因在于经济带间及经济带内部的经济发展水平的差距日益扩大。文章的结论为农村税制改革提供了客观的数据。

风险投资项目价值评估研究

风险投资做为我国高新技术产业的催生剂,对其发展起到越来越重要的推动作用。目前国内有关风险投资的研究大多集中在宏观层面,而对微现层面和实务操作的研究则较少。从实务操作层面而言,关键在于如何正确地评估风险投资项目的价值。本文共有三个部分,首先介绍了国内外风险投资项目估价研究的现状,随后分析了风险投资项目估价的特点。第三部分在分析风险投资企业四个发展阶段不同特征的基础上,构建了风险投资项目估价方法基本选择框架;并重点研究了风险投资项目估价的定量分析方法,包括净现值法、期权估价法和基于实物期权理论的一般随机定价模型。     

A large-scale initiative to disseminate an evidence-based drug abuse prevention program in Italy: Lessons learned for practitioners and researchers

Across developed countries, experimentation with alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs often begins in the early adolescent years. Several evidence-based programs have been developed to prevent adolescent substance use. Many of the most rigorously tested and empirically supported prevention programs were initially developed and tested in the United States. Increasingly, these interventions are being adopted for use in Europe and throughout the world. This paper reports on a large-scale comprehensive initiative designed to select, adapt, implement, and sustain an evidence-based drug abuse prevention program in Italy. As part of a large-scale regionally funded collaboration in the Lombardy region of Italy, we report on processes through which a team of stakeholders selected, translated and culturally adapted, planned, implemented and evaluated the Life Skills Training (LST) school-based drug abuse prevention program, an evidence-based intervention developed in the United States. We discuss several challenges and lessons learned and implications for prevention practitioners and researchers attempting to undertake similar international dissemination projects. We review several published conceptual models designed to promote the replication and widespread dissemination of effective programs, and discuss their strengths and limitations in the context of planning and implementing a complex, large-scale real-world dissemination effort.     

Time Series Evidence of Unemployment Flows: The Sample Period Matters

Worker flows to and from unemployment occur at all stages of the U.S. business cycle. The flows' dynamics affect the dynamics of the unemployment rate. This article studies the dynamics of unemployment flows and the unemployment rate and explores and documents changes over time. Rigorous diagnostic tests are used to investigate the structural stability of projectional relationships involving flows and the unemployment rate.     

澳門青少牟網絡使用與依賴研究

本研究調查了澳門1208名10-21歲在校中小學生互聯網的使用情況及網絡依賴程度,考察了網絡使用及網絡依賴在性別、年級等方面的差異。結果表明:(1)打遊戲、下載及瀏覽成人網站等網絡使用行為存在性別差異,男生在這三項網絡使用行為上所花的時間均顯著多於女生。(2)網絡依賴程度存在性別差異,男性的網絡依賴程度高於女性。(3)網絡依賴組與無依賴組在網絡聊天、打遊戲、影視音樂、下載及瀏覽成人網站等使用上均存在顯著差異,依賴組在這五項上所花的時間均顯著高於無依賴組;依賴組與無依賴組在收發郵件、信息瀏覽及學習知識上無顯著差異。(4)不同網絡依賴程度青少年所喜歡的遊戲類型存在顯著差異。     

NPV法和实物期权法在投资决策中的应用比较

借鉴国内外研究成果,对传统NPV法与实物期权法在投资决策中的应用进行比较。说明了这两种方法在投资决策中并不冲突,而是有各自的应用范围,即在确定性环境下,NPV法在投资决策中占有优势,而在不确定性环境中,实物期权法显得更为合理,并运用实例加以比较分析。

A Geometric Approach to Principal Components Analysis

The net promoter score (NPS) is a novel summary statistic used by thousands of companies as a key performance indicator of customer loyalty. While adoption of the statistic has grown rapidly over the last decade, there has been little published on its statistical properties. Common interval estimation techniques are adapted for use with the NPS, and performance assessed on the largest available database of companies’ net promoter scores. Variations on the adjusted Wald, and an iterative score test are found to have superior performance.     

金砖四国商业银行净利差及影响因素的实证研究

净利差是商业银行十分重要的效率指标,也反映了商业银行对存贷款定价的结果。在对2000—2011年金砖四国共120家商业银行总体及各国商业银行净利差进行描述性统计的基础上,借鉴Ho T S Y,Saunders A(1981)的交易者模型和Maudos J,Fernandez de Guevara J(2004)的扩展模型构建了反映新兴大国商业银行特点的净利差决定模型。用面板数据和金砖四国总体120家商业银行及各国商业银行的数据验证了,运营成本、风险厌恶程度、交易规模、隐含利息支付、准备金的机会成本、管理质量、贷款占总资产比率因素显著影响四国的净利差。
