顾客导向和创新导向对企业绩效的影响机制研究

在市场导向相关研究的基础上.本文探索了顾客导向(Customer Orientation)以及创新导向(Innovation Orientation)经由组织学习(Organizational Learning)对公司绩效(Firm Performance)的影响.通过对欧洲的390家制造企业的调查.发现顾客导向和创新导向都对组织学习产生正向影响,组织学习提高了公司的新产品绩效(New Product Performance).最终提升了公司绩效.最后,文章讨论了本研究的理论和实践意义,以及未来的研究方向.     

见与不见：再论韩复榘与山东新生活运动

借新生活运动加强专制统治的山东韩复榘政府，在社会问题的整治上颇为用力，并取得了较为明显的效果。然而长期以来史家和坊间在评论韩复榘的时候，不是着墨于其政治生命后半程“印影”，就是湎于渲染韩的各版本“闹剧”的生产。尽管韩复榘的新生活运动呈虎头蛇尾之相，但即便摒弃后现代史学中的断裂地方史、小叙事的范式，史者也应有义务继续加力破除笼罩在韩复榘式的历史人物身上的流言，更客观地“见”他们曾有的“虎头”。     

Decomposing the predictive performance of the moving average trading rule of technical analysis: the contribution of linear and non-linear dependencies in stock returns

The main purpose of this work is to decompose the predictive performance of the moving average (MA) trading rule and find out the portion that could be attributed to the possible exploitation of linear and non-linear dependencies in stock returns. Data from the General Index of the Athens Stock Exchange, from the Standard and Poor-500 Index of the New York Stock Exchange and from the Austrian Traded Index of the Vienna Stock Exchange are filtered by linear filters so as the resulting simulated ‘returns’ exhibit no serial correlation. Applying MA trading rules to both the original and the simulated indices and using a new statistical testing procedure that takes into account the sensitivity of the performance of the trading rule as a function of the length of the MA it is found that the predictive performance of the trading rule is clearly weakened when applied to the simulated indices indicating that a substantial part of the rule's predictive performance is due to the exploitation of linear dependencies in stock returns. This weakening is uneven; in general the shorter the MA length the more pronounced the attenuation.     

Of peasants and publics in colonial India: Daduram's story

ABSTRACT

This article uses an exceptionally well-documented law case from the 1650s to offer a fresh perspective on the English experience of Atlantic settlement during its early years. It argues for the centrality of the Essex county quarter sessions court in the building of neighbourhood on the geographic and cultural margins of the Massachusetts Bay colony. By focusing on the north-eastern margin at Cape Ann, the analysis reveals aspects of state building through a common law judicial process which was just as important, but less readily apparent, in other settings. The article addresses three major historiographic areas, engaging with the historical literature on English neighbourhoods and English adaptation to the American environment, on the significance of witchcraft or maleficium in English societies, and on the nature and meanings of law, law courts and judicial process in the building of communities. Case documents also enable the use of some concepts and techniques of literary analysis related to the study of narrative, arguing that judicial verdicts selected and suppressed aspects of local stories elicited during the course of the investigation in order to craft an account of local neighbourhood that suited a broader cultural narrative of Massachusetts Bay’s political consolidation during the 1650s.

《新蒙古》月刊是面对日本侵略、民族危难，蒙、汉学人于1933年“百灵庙大会”之后，筹备创办的月刊杂志，宗旨是：剖析蒙古问题之实情，介绍国内外对于蒙古问题之研究，宣达中央处理蒙政之方案，揭露帝国主义侵略蒙古之真相，促成汉蒙民族之团结，以共致力于解放运动。《新蒙古》月刊以刊登有关内蒙古问题的文章为主，间或也刊载了不少与外蒙古相关的文章，这些文章是研究20世纪二三十年代外蒙古问题的重要史料。     

北京煤炭工业60年发展述略（1949-2009）

在世界各国首都中，北京是少有的具有煤炭工业的城市。本文论述了新中国成立后60年间，北京煤炭工业兴衰起伏的发展过程以及取得的主要成就，同时总结了发展过程中的经验教训。其发展历程以及经验教训，既有鲜明的特点，又堪称这一时期中国煤炭工业发展的缩影。     

The reality of net capital gains and annual profit on NZ primary producing businesses: data from a recent survey of all farm types

ABSTRACT

Annual net cash returns and net capital gains provide farmers with their actual and potential monetary rewards, respectively. This article reports on a national farm survey showing both actual and potential returns, on average, are not as high as might be imagined. This is supported by the findings of earlier studies and has implications for rural societies and their associated economies. Data on income, expenses and profit is presented as is data on farm value changes over the life of each farm. The information is adjusted for inflation to provide ‘real’ data. The profit and net capital gain figures are divided into groupings based on a range of criteria such as total farm capital, and labour compliment as a reflection of farm size. Statistically significant differences occur for some groupings such as farm type and farm size.

新文化运动的最大不足在于启蒙不够充分.由于历史性的诸多原因,新文化提倡者带有浓厚的科举心态,缺乏对文化启蒙及其功能的深刻理解,将启蒙当做一种政治手段,让启蒙承担起其力不能及的过分沉重的民族国家的现代性使命.这种非启蒙心态在启蒙内部构成了一种颠覆,使启蒙丧失了其本身所具有的基本价值及功能.

建国初期的农业合作化运动是一场激进的农业现代化实践,具有一定的客观必然性。从现代化的视角来看,当年决策层有探索我国农业现代化道路的主观努力,然而其实践结果却表现为农业现代化与世界范围的现代化进程相脱节。
