汉语词缀理论及个案的新审视 ——评《中古汉语词缀考辨》

词缀是汉语史研究中的热点问题,也是争议最大的问题之一。其争议主要在两个方面：一是概念内涵和判断标准,二是 具体个案的判定。《中古汉语词缀考辨》正是从两个争议焦点着眼,完成了对汉语词缀研究核心问题的重新审视。     

国内儿童游戏空间研究述评——基于硕博论文的分析

游戏空间是儿童成长的重要空间。随着人文地理研究的社会转向和社会科学研究的空间转向,教育研究需要对空间概念有新的解读：教育空间不仅是物质空间,更是社会文化空间。对2002-2016年88篇儿童游戏空间研究硕博论文的分析发现,目前,儿童游戏空间的教育学研究欠缺,已有研究主要关注了儿童游戏空间的“自然地理性”,忽视了儿童游戏空间的主观性、社会性和文化性,忽视了空间的教育生产性。儿童游戏空间的研究应重视空间的教育生产性和文化性,教育研究的空间转向是教育研究的新取向。     

行政诉讼履行法定职责实体判决论——以“尹荷玲案”为核心

“司法审查有限原则”是行政诉讼法的基本原则,这导致了“履行法定职责实体判决”存在争议。“尹荷玲案”不但证成了履行法定职责实体判决存在的正当性,而且明确了该判决适用的“双阶要件”,即“理由具备、事实清楚、法律规定明确”的一般要件,与“法效果唯一性”的特别要件。其中“法效果唯一性”分为两种情况:一是羁束行政行为,二是行政裁量收缩为零,这恰与《行政诉讼法》修改后“给付判决”与“履行判决”的规定相契合。纵观司法实践,重做判决、履行判决、给付判决形成了“程序性判决—提示性判决—履行法定职责实体判决”3种判决方式,体现了三者功能的相似性。作为实质化解争议的履行法定职责实体判决,也彰显了司法推动制度发展的功能。     

我国中等收入群体比重及其特征

中等收入群体的界定标准、规模和特征一直是学术界关注的焦点。在回顾和评述现有各种界定标准的基础上,建议采用全球所有国家收入中位数的67%~200%作为定义我国中等收入群体的上下限。研究发现,近些年我国中等收入群体比重在逐渐提高,从2002年的10%上升到2016年的28.9%,这主要源于我国居民整体收入水平的提高而不是收入分配格局的变化。要扩大我国中等收入群体比重,保持中高速增长至关重要,政策的重点是提“低”而不是限“高”,同时要防范现有的中等收入群体跌落为低收入群体。中等收入群体主要分布在城市地区,收入来源主要是工资性收入,储蓄率偏高,受教育水平明显高于低收入者和贫困人口。中等收入群体的标准下限附近分布着规模客观的低收入者,他们是扩大中等收入者比重的潜在来源,应是政策瞄准的主要对象。     

刘湛恩研究综述

刘湛恩（1895—1938）,是我国近代著名爱国教育家、沪江大学首任华人校长。自1938年以来,学界陆续开展对刘湛恩思想与活动的研究。大体来说,学界的研究主要围绕以下几个方面进行：对刘湛恩爱国活动进行概括并歌颂其爱国主义精神;对刘湛恩的教育思想与实践活动进行分析;对刘湛恩与沪江大学的关系进行探讨。有关刘湛恩的研究成果不断丰富和深入,但仍存在一定的研究空间。     

Poly-victimization and resilience portfolios: Trends in violence research that can enhance the understanding and prevention of elder abuse

ABSTRACT

This literature review assesses the current state of knowledge about elder abuse and mistreatment, focusing on the lack of incorporation of all forms of elder victimization and the benefits of a poly-victimization framework. This review also includes existing knowledge on risk factors and calls for a greater focus on protective factors and a greater inclusion on family and community factors. Future research, prevention, and intervention would benefit from considering the true burden of elder victimization and a greater implementation of strengths-based approaches to programs.     

R&D cooperation in collaborative consumption of research equipment: An ERGM approach

High-tech research infrastructure is essential for state-of-the-art research, but requires many resources. Relatively weak actors, such as SMEs, cannot secure enough of those. Applying the concept of collaborative consumption via digital platforms, we examine the cooperative behavior of Korean SMEs that share research equipment to overcome their lack of resources. Also, we analyze configurations of a collaborative consumption network using the Exponential Random Graph Model. Network structural factor analysis shows sufficient effects of network positive feedback through cooperative consumption with a variety of popular providers and attributes analysis shows that SMEs frequently engage in collaborative consumption with their counterparts in the same region. This new cooperative model can achieve a virtuous cycle of policies, as it increases the efficiency of research infrastructure, preventing the unnecessary building of new research equipment and enabling relocation of underutilized infrastructure and online reservation of equipment.     

血栓弹力图在PCI术后患者抗血小板治疗中的应用研究

目的:研究血栓弹力图在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者中,使用血栓弹力图所测定的血小板抑制率的波动及临床疗效作用。方法:选取我院2012年1月份至2013年12月份收治的200例冠心病PCI治疗患者,应用血栓弹力图分析仪测定其二磷酸腺苷(ADP)途径诱导的血小板抑制率数据,根据抑制率差异分为3组,抑制率70%的为合格组,抑制率30%的为不合格组,入选不合格组再次分为2组,1组保持常规剂量治疗不变,另一组为大剂量治疗组。结果:随访半年的记录,记录一般情况及严重心脏不良事件发生情况。结果:随访的6个月中,共发生不良事件28例,其中合格组10例(9.6%),常规治疗组11例(22.4%),大剂量治疗组7例(14.9%),3组中不良事件发生率比常规治疗组大于大剂量治疗组,大剂量治疗组大于合格组,统计学上有明显差异(P0.05)。结论:血栓弹力图在PCI患者抗血小板治疗中应用具有一定的指导意义。     

Networking practitioner research: synthesising the state of the ‘art’

The aim of this paper is to examine what we know about the experience and outcomes of networked initiatives aimed at facilitating practitioner research. We outline the roles and significance of practitioner research within social work; review emerging understanding of practitioner research network initiatives; and draw conclusions from a comparative analysis of three such initiatives in Auckland, New Zealand, Arhus County, Denmark, and across Scotland. We consider the nature and challenges of practitioner research and a number of responses to how such work should be formulated and conducted. Central to our argument is an empirically informed consideration—from our separate and shared experiences—of how well networks enhance the process and consequences, and art and craft, of such research projects.     

试论政府信息主动公开行为的司法审查

我国《政府信息公开条例》突出了主动公开在信息公开领域的积极作用,强调了政府主动公开信息的原则。但现实表明,我国政府信息并未真正处于阳光之下,有必要借鉴国外有关主动公开政府信息的有益经验,结合我国实情,完善我国政府信息主动公开制度,以望早日实现政府信息公开的价值目标,实现＂阳光政府＂建设。
