清初河工腐败问题研究

清初河工腐败问题已经存在,给物料采办、夫役管理、工程建设等造成了很大的危害。腐败问题的出现与清朝制度设计的缺陷、皇帝对腐败问题的宽纵、社会风气的变化、社会经济的发展有着密切的关系。尽管统治者采取了一些措施如严惩贪官、严密立法来进行治理,但并未取得明显成效。     

对上海街头艺人管理法规制订的思考

上海制订街头艺人管理法规应注重:对街头艺人的管理方法体现社会对文化艺术的态度、对弱势群体的关注以及对公众利益的维护;对不同类型的街头艺人实施分类管理;通过教育和宣传,为艺术型街头艺人创造良好的社会氛围;应制订政府管理部门的服务规范;制订艺术型街头艺人认证标准应体现上海文化特色。     

从哲学家到共产主义者

《关于费尔巴哈的提纲》第十一务：“以往的哲学家们只是解释世界，而问题在于改变世界。”这是学者从马克思著作中引用最多和最熟悉的经典名句。然而学者无论在直观表象理解上，还是深度逻辑把握上，对其解释都不曾达成共识，甚至呈现巨大的歧义。批判以往解读方式的两个预设前提，新的解读方式旨在从马克思思想自身发展的内在逻辑出发诠释其本意。第十一条表明马克思思想发展的根本转变——从哲学家到共产主义者的身份转变．从哲学（理论）为根基到以现实世界（历史）为根基的转变。     

现存两部宋刻周敦颐文集的价值

周敦颐文集版本繁多,而极有价值的两部现存宋刻本却未获学界充分重视和利用.其价值重要者有二:一是较完整地保存了被认为久已失传的张栻<太极图解>,为研究张栻的思想及其演变提供了新的材料;二是保存了大量稀见的宋人诗文,不仅可补一些文集之不足,而且对<全宋诗>和<全宋文>也有突出的补遗和校勘作用.     

Relations between stressors and group perceptions: Main and mediating effects

Most orgnizations these days utilize groups for the performance of at least some tasks. There is therefore a need to examine the relationthip between job stressors and group functioning. Until now it has been proposed that employees who perceive high levels of stress in their jobs will have negative perceptions of the groups in which they work, in the form of reduced altruism and collective efficacy. They may also have higher levels of psychological strain. This study examined relations between job-related stressors and group perceptions (collective efficacy 3rd the prevalence of altruistic behaviour) in a sample of 2403 mililitary personnel, comprising 31 companies in two US Anny combat brigades. We also examined whether group perceptions mediated the relationship between stressors and both job satisfaction and subjective well-being. Results indicated that stressors were negatively associated with measures of group perceptions, and both job satisfiction and well-being. Furthermore, mediated regression analyses suggested that relations between interpersonal conflict and both job satitfaction and well-being were partially mediated by both group perception measures. These finding suggest that work-related stressors may negatively impact on group functioning, which may lead to employee strains. Implications of these finding are discussed, and suggestions are made for future research.     

REREADING THE PASSING OF TRADITIONAL SOCIETY

This paper employs a proposed alterity discourse analysis (ADA) framework to argue that The Passing of Traditional Society – the bible of the modernization paradigm of development communication research – exemplifies far less a discourse on the relationship between empathy and development, as it does on the political/ideological imperatives governing the construction of the Other (i.e. the Middle East) by the Self (i.e. the US). To substantiate this claim, the paper debunks the book's claim to social scientific objectivity by pinpointing the methodological shortcomings of the empathy model and of the Middle East project from which the model was derived, and highlights the paradigm's dogma by revealing the religious metaphors with which the book's narrative is infused.     

《三国演义》“贼”义解析

大量使用“贼”是《三国演义》（毛评本，下同）的一大特色。“贼”在《三国演义》中有诸多义项：一、表狠毒凶残，罪恶滔天者。其贬义程度最重；二、表不忠不义者。其贬义程度重；三、表阳奉阴违者。其贬义程度较轻；四、表才能低下者。其贬义程度轻；五、表敌对者。其贬义不明显。

翻译的首要标准是忠实于原作。“忠实”标准适用于诗歌翻译时会表现出很大的灵活。性。对朗费罗的一首诗《金色的夕阳》的两种截然不同翻译表明，诗歌翻译中，由于译者对诗歌的各种内容与形式因素价值评判不同，“忠实”这一标准的取向是多元的，译者对这一客观标准的主观取向很大程度上影响译作风格。     

Confidence Intervals for a Binomial Parameter after Observing No Successes

The easily computed, one-sided confidence interval for the binomial parameter provides the basis for an interesting classroom example of scientific thinking and its relationship to confidence intervals. The upper limit can be represented as the sample proportion from a number of “successes” in a future experiment of the same sample size. The upper limit reported by most people corresponds closely to that producing a 95 percent classical confidence interval and has a Bayesian interpretation.     

论新型农村合作医疗制度的城乡统筹——以杭州为例

2003年新型农村合作医疗制度试点实施以来,杭州试图让农民和城镇非从业人员根据自身实际情况灵活选择不同的医疗保险项目、定点医院,并逐步提高筹资水平,报销和补偿水平。通过分析杭州新农合实施过程、运作逻辑,从制度供给的公平性、可及性和合理性出发,认为新型农村合作医疗制度可以实现有差别统一的城乡统筹。
