铸件孔洞类缺陷分析专家系统

本文新开发的 CCDA 专家系统可用来分析铸件内部不健全程度。它由四部分组成,知识获取模块、知识库、推理机和用户接口。知识库由产生式规则构成。推理机或控制策略采用不精确推理,目标驱动和深度优先搜索。应用实例显示本软件是可行的。     

灰铁卡盘盘体凝固过程中体积变化的计算机模拟

本文采用有限元方法对卡盘铸铁件凝固时温度场分布及体积变化进行计算机数值模拟。铸件直径为250mm,铸件划分网格部分的冷却模数为1.3cm,节点总数为273,进行三维凝固数值分析,结果找到一种新方法可对高纯度铸铁进行无冒口铸造生产出健全铸件。经实践检验,剖开铸件检视健全,令人满意。     

稀土元素Ce对Al—Mg—Si变形铝合金组织的影响

通过向Ａｌ－Ｍｇ－Ｓｉ变形铝合金中加入稀土元素Ｃｅ，对比分析了合金在经过锻造和再结晶退火处理后晶粒形态及第二相的分布方式，相组成和形貌，结果表明，Ｃｅ的加入影响了再结晶晶粒的大小及尺寸分散度；Ｃｅ加入与否，第二相均偏聚于原铸造晶界上，但稀土Ｃｅ加入后，出现了许多含Ｃｅ的新相，并且Ｃｅ对第二相有粒化，球化和细化的作用。     

双级时效工艺对7050铝合金组织与性能的影响

采用洛氏硬度计、电子拉伸试验机、XRD物相分析、扫描电镜（SEM）等分析方法研究了7050铝合金双级长期时效过程中的时效硬化特性和显微组织。结果表明：7050铝合金双级时效硬度及强度具有双峰特点,且第2峰比第1峰的硬度、强度均略高。建立时效硬度与时效时间和脱溶相结构之间的关系模型,并引进F-R源动作的临界切应力理论,解释了7050铝合金第2峰第2相粒子强化机理。

In the stage of litigation, the ultimate liable person who is not listed as the defendant can enter the litigation as an auxiliary third party or witness and obtain certain procedural protection by comprehensively considering the factors of “procedural protection, litigation economy, case investigation” and so on. In the stage of liability determination, the objective scope of res judicata is expanded to block the right of the successful plaintiff to claim the same facts separately, so as to give consideration to the interests of the litigant subjects and the quality and effect of dispute resolution.

间羧基苦胺酸偶氮变色酸与铜的显色反应研究

在磷酸介质中,Cu2+离子与间羧基苦胺酸偶氮变色酸反应生成络合比为12的稳定蓝色络合物,该络合物在663 nm处有最大吸收,其摩尔吸光系数为2.88×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2+离子含量在0～25μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律,方法用于铝合金中铜含量的测定,铜的标准回收率在95%～102%之间,结果满意.
