食品的冷冻玻璃化保存是近年来快速发展的一门新学科。本文针对水产品的特点，运用其理论，着重分析了水产品在冷冻玻璃化保存中的问题，展望了应用前景。

Nonparametric Estimation with Nonlinear Budget Sets

Choice models with nonlinear budget sets provide a precise way of accounting for the nonlinear tax structures present in many applications. In this paper we propose a nonparametric approach to estimation of these models. The basic idea is to think of the choice, in our case hours of labor supply, as being a function of the entire budget set. Then we can do nonparametric regression where the variable in the regression is the budget set. We reduce the dimensionality of this problem by exploiting structure implied by utility maximization with piecewise linear convex budget sets. This structure leads to estimators where the number of segments can differ across observations and does not affect accuracy. We give consistency and asymptotic normality results for these estimators. The usefulness of the estimator is demonstrated in an empirical example, where we find it has a large impact on estimated effects of the Swedish tax reform.     

Bayesian analysis of the Box-Cox transformation model based on left-truncated and right-censored data

In this paper, we discuss the inference problem about the Box-Cox transformation model when one faces left-truncated and right-censored data, which often occur in studies, for example, involving the cross-sectional sampling scheme. It is well-known that the Box-Cox transformation model includes many commonly used models as special cases such as the proportional hazards model and the additive hazards model. For inference, a Bayesian estimation approach is proposed and in the method, the piecewise function is used to approximate the baseline hazards function. Also the conditional marginal prior, whose marginal part is free of any constraints, is employed to deal with many computational challenges caused by the constraints on the parameters, and a MCMC sampling procedure is developed. A simulation study is conducted to assess the finite sample performance of the proposed method and indicates that it works well for practical situations. We apply the approach to a set of data arising from a retirement center.     

脾乐添加剂对罗曼种鸡的作用机理及其效益分析

脾乐Ⅰ、Ⅱ添加剂对罗曼种鸡于室温(12.964-0.32)℃的试验期中,较对照组提高产蛋率5.2％(P<0.001)、3.34％(P<0.025),料蛋比降低到2.48:1、2.57:1,受精率提高3.74％、2.95％,雌激素提高3.739μg、1.906μg,胆碱酯酶活力降低5.44单位、4.91单位,球蛋白增加9.18％(P<0.01)、6.12％,α_1球蛋白增加5.42％(P<0.01)、5.63％(P<0.01),α_2球蛋白增加3.72％(P<0.05)、2.16％(P<0.05),B球蛋白增加2.00％(P<0.01)、1.21％,γ球蛋白减少1.95％、2.83％。脾乐Ⅰ较对照组净增值0.64元/只,脾乐Ⅱ较对照组净增值0.37元/只。     

不确定需求下的冷链分销商最优决策

针对新鲜产品供应链 (冷链) 中分销商, 引入保鲜努力刻画分销商投入的保鲜工作, 考虑新鲜产品到达市场的数量与质量, 分析冷链分销商的最优决策问题.与前人研究相比, 本文使用加法形式需求函数刻画市场需求, 并使用相关企业数据验证加法形式需求函数合理性, 完善了冷链分销商决策问题的相关研究.研究发现, 当保鲜努力外生时, 分销商的最优订货数量和最优零售价格只与保鲜努力有关;当零售价格外生时, 分销商的最优保鲜努力与产品实际单位成本关于保鲜努力函数的一阶最优条件有关;当订货数量外生时, 分销商制定的零售价格随保鲜努力增加而增大, 所获得的利润也随保鲜努力递增, 但边际利润随保鲜努力递减.最后, 将所得结论应用于中国500强民营企业卓尔控股有限公司旗下的小雪冷链 (武汉) 物流有限公司, 为该公司提供相应的保鲜努力投入策略.     

中草药添加剂对乌肉鸡生长性能及代谢的影响

将陈皮、苍术、芒硝等组成的复方中草药添加剂按 1.75 %、2 .2 5 %、2 .75 %的水平添加到川牧乌肉鸡基础饲料中配制成试验饲粮 1、试验饲粮 2、试验饲粮 3,进行为期 30d的饲养试验和 4d的代谢试验 ,结果表明 :试验组与对照组相比 ,成活率提高 5 .1%— 10 .3% ,　日增重 (ADG)提高2 2 .2 %— 4 3.1% ,采食量提高 13.5 %— 18.8% ,料重比下降 13.5 %— 18.8% ,干物质代谢率 (DMR)提高 0 .4 3%— 4 .77% ,　有机物代谢率 (OMR)提高 1.6 8%— 5 .4 7% ,　表观氮沉留率 (ANR)提高7.6 3%— 17.5 1% ,其中试验组 3效果最好。试验组 3与对照组相比 ,DMR、OMR、ANR的差异显著(p <0 .0 5 ) ,ADG的差异极显著 (p <0 .0 1)。
