关于对修改及贯彻《湖北省实施〈中华人民共和国民族区域自治法〉的若干规定》的几点思考

自1989年起施行的<湖北省实施<中华人民共和国民族区域自治法>的若干规定>对保障民族地区的自治权,维护民族地区的社会稳定,推动民族地区经济发展做出了贡献.但随着时代的变化,旧的<若干规定>已不能适应社会的发展,我们必须对<若干规定>的内容进行修改使其与时俱进,并采取一系列的有效措施使该规定尽快地贯彻落实,以便更好地促进民族地区的经济和社会发展.     

存储区域网络iSCSI协议的通信机制研究

介绍了存储区域网络主要采用的组网协议,包括FC协议、FCIP协议、iFCP协议和iSCSI协议,着重研究了一种利用TCP/IPI网组建存储区域网络的协议-iSCSI协议,分析了iSCSI协议的通信机制,比较了在IP网络上实现iSCSI协议通信的3种方法,开发了一种iSCSI协议数据单元与TCP数据帧间的接口算法及其硬件设计,并用 VHDL语言成功进行了行为级的仿真。     

南非种族冲突的化解与现代化之路

南非种族隔离制度未能消弭种族间的尖锐矛盾,反而引发激烈的种族冲突。在镇压无法奏效的情况下,南非政府开始了民主改革的进程,历经沃斯特的政策调整、博塔的改革总战略和德克勒克的改革三个阶段,较成功地用民主改革的方式化解了南非的种族冲突,极大地推动了南非的现代化。南非民主改革和现代化进程表明:各种族间的宽容和解精神是南非民主改革取得成功的关键;种族关系应当建立在平等的基础之上;领袖人物的个人作用在此过程中相当突出和关键;民主与法制是现代化的根本保证;各种族文化应当兼容并蓄,全盘照搬和彻底排斥都是不可取的。     

大学生社团是高校校园文化建设的生力军

文章结合当前大学生社团发展的特点,论述了学生社团活动在校园文化建设中的积极作用,并结合合肥工业大学学生社团的基本现状提出了建立学习型社团、社团活动项目化管理、开创品牌社团活动等新举措,以进一步推进素质教育,推动校园文化建设.     

水杨酸-邻菲罗啉三元稀土配合物的合成、表征及抑菌作用

在无水乙醇溶液中合成了六种水杨酸-邻菲罗啉-三元稀土配合物,采用元素分析,红外光谱,差热热重等测试方法进行表征,确定配合物的化学组成为RE(Phen)2(Sa l)2C l.H2O(RE=L a3+,P r3+,N d3+,Sm3+,G d3+,D y3+).研究了稀土配合物的抑菌活性,结果表明三元稀土配合物的抑菌效果较单独的稀土氯化物、邻菲罗啉和水杨酸好.     

South African Indian migration in the twenty-first century: towards a theory of ‘triple identity’

This paper is inspired by three issues, namely ongoing research on South Africans of Indian origin, the anecdotal evidence that accumulates through ongoing discussions on a casual level with such people and the increasing interest among researchers about how globalization and transnational movements are impacting upon identity formation among minorities who are seeking employment or a new life in the developed economies of the ‘big five’ English-speaking countries, i.e. the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. It is in countries such as these that a third identity emerges and develops to instill a sense of triple identity. The information here suggests that, when people of Indian origin migrate to one of these countries, they continue to cling to South Africa because it is their country of birth, as well as to India, more for sentimental rather than practical reasons. The topic of this paper reflects a contemporary phenomenon not just among the Indians in South Africa, but also among other diasporas such as Chinese in Latin America, whose new and final emigration destination always seems to be the US. In addition, people of Chinese origin in the countries of Indochina, such as Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, experienced similar patterns of becoming diasporas in Europe, North America and Oceania in the 1970s. However, migration implores them to renegotiate their identities in order to adapt and settle in accordance with their newly adopted host territories. This gives rise to an identity that straddles three countries, which induces the need to examine new ways of identity building in a global transnational economy.     

Test for homogeneity in Hardy–Weinberg normal mixture model

The phenotype of a quantitative trait locus (QTL) is often modeled by a finite mixture of normal distributions. If the QTL effect depends on the number of copies of a specific allele one carries, then the mixture model has three components. In this case, the mixing proportions have a binomial structure according to the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. In the search for QTL, a significance test of homogeneity against the Hardy–Weinberg normal mixture model alternative is an important first step. The LOD score method, a likelihood ratio test used in genetics, is a favored choice. However, there is not yet a general theory for the limiting distribution of the likelihood ratio statistic in the presence of unknown variance. This paper derives the limiting distribution of the likelihood ratio statistic, which can be described by the supremum of a quadratic form of a Gaussian process. Further, the result implies that the distribution of the modified likelihood ratio statistic is well approximated by a chi-squared distribution. Simulation results show that the approximation has satisfactory precision for the cases considered. We also give a real-data example.     

初唐:变革六朝、铸造唐音

初唐文人的总的历史使命是清算六朝美学,摆脱其影响,从而建立起自己时代的审美理想和审美形态,这个过程是蝉蜕进而新生的过程,最终由陈子昂完成了这一使命。初唐美学精神主要是:人文主义精神、有为于世的进取精神等。初唐人的审美活动有着自己的特点,变革了汉魏古体,形成了独有的体格;变革了六朝风格,形成浑成的风调,构合为初唐美学的成就。     

浅谈学生社团活动对德育的促进作用

由学生自己组织、自己设计、自己参加、与娱乐、兴趣相系的社团活动,由于运作模式与隐蔽德育意图和无意识教育艺术精神暗合,具有良好的德育效果。尤其是对学生的爱国主义与爱校情怀、集体主义精神、奉献仁爱之心、社会公益之心、博爱乐群之心、并重自爱与利他之心,具有独到的促进作用。     

Unresolved Conflicts in the Regional Security System: The Case of the South Caucasus

The collapse of the USSR was accompanied by transformation of the South Caucasian latent ethnopolitical conflicts into local wars. Today the situation in the area of the conflicts is “neither war, nor peace”. Three unresolved conflicts of the South Caucasus can be considered as one of the most serious obstacles for establishing a regional security system.The article gives the general characteristics of these conflicts, the trends of their development, taking into account the time factor, and analyzes the behavioral models of the main players – de jure recognized and unrecognized de facto states of the South Caucasus. The basic objective of the main players should be to keep the situation on a level preventing the resumption of the armed conflicts. The attempts of forced resolution of the conflicts are fraught with destabilization of the situation not only in the area of any of these conflicts but in the whole region.
