经济原则对广告语篇互文性的阐释

经济原则是人类语言交际的普遍规律之一。从经济原则入手，探讨了广告语篇互文性的经济性理据，分析了互文性手段在广告语篇应用中实现的具体方式。经济原则是广告中使用互文性手段的根源。     

简论民事诉讼处分原则之立法模式

处分原则是最能反映民事诉讼特色的基本原则。由于诉讼传统、理论以及观念的差异,各国关于处分原则的立法并不一致,主要有三种模式：大陆法系的＂处分权主义＂、英美法系对抗制下的处分原则、苏联的＂职权干预式＂处分原则。其中,大陆法系的立法模式为中国进一步改革与完善处分原则提供了一个好的范例。     

Parameter identification for the discretely observed geometric fractional Brownian motion

This paper deals with the problem of estimating all the unknown parameters of geometric fractional Brownian processes from discrete observations. The estimation procedure is built upon the marriage of the quadratic variation and the maximum likelihood approach. The asymptotic properties of the estimators are provided. Moveover, we compare our derived method with the approach proposed by Misiran et al. [Fractional Black-Scholes models: complete MLE with application to fractional option pricing. In International conference on optimization and control; Guiyang, China; 2010. p. 573–586.], namely the complete maximum likelihood estimation. Simulation studies confirm theoretical findings and illustrate that our methodology is efficient and reliable. To show how to apply our approach in realistic contexts, an empirical study of Chinese financial market is also presented.

主要对机械专业的机械原理课程教学体系进行了探索,通过机械原理课程的理论教学和实践教学的改革,培养了学生的创新思维,激发学生的创新意识,提高了学生的机械设计能力和创新实践能力。     

A Note on High-Dimensional Linear Regression With Interactions

The problem of interaction selection in high-dimensional data analysis has recently received much attention. This note aims to address and clarify several fundamental issues in interaction selection for linear regression models, especially when the input dimension p is much larger than the sample size n. We first discuss how to give a formal definition of “importance” for main and interaction effects. Then we focus on two-stage methods, which are computationally attractive for high-dimensional data analysis but thus far have been regarded as heuristic. We revisit the counterexample of Turlach and provide new insight to justify two-stage methods from the theoretical perspective. In the end, we suggest new strategies for interaction selection under the marginality principle and provide some simulation results.     

试议英语首字母缩略词与汉语纯洁性

近年来，英语首字母缩略词在汉语中的广泛应用引发了部分学者对汉语言纯洁性的担忧。文章在结合相关翻译学理论、语言经济原则和语言社会属性等问题探讨的基础之上，认为英语字母缩略词的流行符合时代发展的需要，有助于保持汉语的活力，并且无碍于汉语的纯洁性。     

Is the Precautionary Principle Really Incoherent?

The Precautionary Principle has been an increasingly important principle in international treaties since the 1980s. Through varying formulations, it states that when an activity can lead to a catastrophe for human health or the environment, measures should be taken to prevent it even if the cause‐and‐effect relationship is not fully established scientifically. The Precautionary Principle has been critically discussed from many sides. This article concentrates on a theoretical argument by Peterson (2006) according to which the Precautionary Principle is incoherent with other desiderata of rational decision making, and thus cannot be used as a decision rule that selects an action among several ones. I claim here that Peterson's argument fails to establish the incoherence of the Precautionary Principle, by attacking three of its premises. I argue (i) that Peterson's treatment of uncertainties lacks generality, (ii) that his Archimedian condition is problematic for incommensurability reasons, and (iii) that his explication of the Precautionary Principle is not adequate. This leads me to conjecture that the Precautionary Principle can be envisaged as a coherent decision rule, again.     

朱光潜《诗论》的诗学原理建构

通过苏州轨道交通1号线土建I TS 05标塔园路站～滨河路站区间隧道盾构施工，介绍在苏州富水粉砂地层中盾构综合施工技术。施工中，克服了富水砂层下盾构到达加固区水平长度不足的困难，使用了在加固区外再施工一圈止水帷幕桩的地基加固技术，该技术可以使三轴加固土体与止水帷幕桩组合形成一个范围更大的端头地基加固区域，并在盾构到达段掘进中合理使用管片壁后二次注浆和聚氨酯，成功地阻断微承压水在盾构到达时涌出的路径，从而解决了富水砂层下盾构到达施工的涌水、涌砂问题。通过使用,该技术保证了2台盾构安全成功接收，在富水粉砂地层具有适用性广、安全可控等优点。     

Risk Science Contributions: Three Illustrating Examples

This article aims to demonstrate that risk science is important for society, industry and all of us. Rather few people today, including scientists and managers, are familiar with what this science is about—its foundation and main features—and how it is used to gain knowledge and improve communication and decision making in real-life situations. The article seeks to meet this challenge, by presenting three examples, showing how risk science works to gain new generic, fundamental knowledge on risk concepts, principles, and methods, as well as supporting the practical tackling of actual risk problems.     

“90后”大学生思政课教学新思路探析——以宁夏师范学院为例

＂90后＂大学生群体具有坚定的政治信仰、强烈的爱国热情、明确的价值取向;生活态度总体上积极健康,人生目标明确。但是由于各方面原因,这一群体对未来充满了不确定感,紧张、压抑、焦虑的情绪比较严重,如果不能妥善引导和疏通,情况堪忧。高校思政理论课在解决这些问题上发挥着重要作用。因此,思政课应从构建和谐师生关系和创新教学方法等方面,提高其教学实效性。
