针对目前雇主品牌研究亟待解决的关键问题,探讨并明确了中国社会文化和经济发展背景下的雇主品牌定义,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,从品牌评价的功能性特征和象征性特征两个方面,系统构建了适合中国经济社会文化背景的雇主品牌结构模型。研究发现,雇主品牌的结构模型在功能性特征上有8个维度28个项目、在象征性特征上有6个维度22个项目。为中国进一步开展雇主品牌领域的理论研究和探索雇主品牌建设的实践,提供了坚实的理论基础和测量评价工具。  相似文献

以人为本是企业实现精益改善的关键。针对制造企业应该如何从“人”的因素层面进行改善来有效实施精益管理的问题,本文在马斯洛需求层次理论的基础上,对于“人”的因素提出安全、地位、参与改善、团队合作、培训教育和职业发展6个因子来建立结构模型。通过探索性和验证性因子分析验证模型的合理性。结果表明,6个因子的相关度都很高,其中参与改善和团队合作的相关度最高。因此,制造企业可以从鼓励员工参与改善、加强员工之间团队合作沟通等方面着手来提高精益管理效果。  相似文献

Perceived Vulnerability to Disease may be defined as the beliefs about personal susceptibility to the transmission of infectious diseases and the emotional discomfort associated with the potential disease transmission. To evaluate these beliefs, the Perceived Vulnerability to Disease Scale (PVD) has been used in most studies. The aim of Study 1 was to validate the PVD questionnaire to the Spanish population. The sample was made up of 744 university students from all over Spain. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the items on the short version of the questionnaire corresponding to an interrelated two-factor model (perceived infectability and germ aversion) showed the best fit of all the tested models. In Study 2, scales to measure antifat attitudes, disgust and negative attitudes towards AIDS were used to analyse the criterion validity of the PVD questionnaire. The sample was made up of 434 university students. It was found that germ aversion was positively related with antifat attitudes, disgust and negative attitudes towards AIDS. In light of these results, we conclude that the short version of the questionnaire has good psychometric properties and can be used by the scientific community to measure Perceived Vulnerability to Disease.  相似文献

Abstract

Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) has been a central tool of psychological research into value structure for more than two decades. MDS is usually applied in an exploratory way because strict confirmatory analyses are still difficult to realize, due to the manifold problems of how to impose regional constraints on MDS solutions. “Weak confirmatory approaches” (Borg & Staufenbiel, 2007) which use a theory-based starting configuration could be an acceptable compromise. In this paper, we outline how such a configuration can be derived from Schwartz's (1992, p. 14) original model, which is characterized by a strict circular structure. Such a “parsimonious” structure seems particularly suited for multi-method studies. We also apply this configuration to the Spanish value data from the first three rounds of the European Social Survey to illustrate the procedure. Finally, we show how to test whether and to what extent regional adjustments of single items affect the overall fit of the respective MDS solution.  相似文献

Previous research has identified specific gambling motives and linked them with both healthy and disordered gambling. The Gambling Motives Questionnaire (GMQ) is currently the most widely used measure for these motives. The present study aimed to offer a French validation of the latest version of this scale, the GMQ-Financial (GMQ-F), which measures four distinct motives (enhancement, social, coping, financial). The French GMQ-F was completed by 278 gamblers from the community and 22 treatment-seeking pathological gamblers, along with scales assessing gambling cognitions, impulsivity, disordered gambling symptoms and psychopathological symptoms. Confirmatory factor analysis supported the expected four-factor model. The GMQ-F subscales have good internal reliability. Validity of the GMQ-F is supported by specific correlations with the other constructs measured. Pathological gamblers differed from gamblers from the community on all but one (social) of the GMQ-F subscales. The French GMQ-F presents good psychometric properties and constitutes a reliable instrument for measuring gambling motives in research and clinical practice.  相似文献

SUMMARY

Within the context of intimate interpersonal relationships, gender-based violence has a significant impact on the social-emotional functioning and development of women. Our ability to determine the effectiveness of our efforts to reduce sexual violence is linked to our ability to assess those attitudes that condone sexual violence. This study examined the validity of college students' responses to the Scale for the Identification of Acquaintance Rape Attitudes (SIARA). The Scale for the Identification of Acquaintance Rape Attitudes is a measure designed to assess attitudes that are believed to be supportive of sexual violence within dating relationships. The sample consisted of 1,782 residential students in the first year class at a large, public university who participated in a sexual assault prevention program as part of a new student orientation. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that two dimensions, Sexual Expectations and Rape Mythology, could be used to characterize students' responses. Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis and mean structure analysis confirmed that the two dimensions provided equivalent measurements of the underlying construct for male and female subjects. Implications for the use of SIARA as a program outcome measure will be discussed.  相似文献

基于压力复杂构成学说,计算机技术压力的构成有待进一步验证。通过回顾计算机技术压力这一概念的发展,在已有研究结论的支持下,提出了计算机技术压力二阶双因子构成模型。利用结构方程模型分析工具对两个可替代模型进行比较,结果发现二阶双因子构成模型能够更好地反映计算机技术压力。这为后续研究计算机技术压力与个人和组织的关系提供了新的视角,同时也完成了计算机技术压力量表从探索性开发到验证性开发的完整过程。  相似文献

文章在零售商感知的供应商快速反应能力架构下,结合我国文化背景和供应-零售渠道特点设计了供应商快速反应能力量表,并以北京、上海、长沙、临沂、昆明5个城市的电脑零售商为样本进行了实证分析。实证结果表明基于零售商感知风险的快速反应能力的运用信息技术、实体配送和快速回应服务三个构面是合理的,我国供应商可以用该量表来测度零售商感知到的供应商快速反应能力。  相似文献

The Psychological well being Inventory (PWBI) is a multidimensional instrument that has enjoyed widespread use in a variety of research initiatives, from small-scale studies to national surveys. Recent empirical investigation of the measure has raised questions about its validity. This study examines the factorial validity of the Environmental Mastery Scale of the PWBI, a construct that receives much attention in mental health research. The results of a confirmatory factor analysis did not support the unidimensional factor structure of the measure. Correlated uniqueness models were also examined, which did not reveal evidence of a method effect. There are problems with the measure at the item level, which also raises significant questions about the underlying theory of its parent measure. This research uses data from the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study (WLS) of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since 1991, the WLS has been supported principally by the National Institute on Aging (AG-9775 and AG-21079), with additional support from the Vilas Estate Trust, the National Science Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, and the Graduate School of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
