曾国藩的礼学与黑格尔的精神哲学

曾国藩的“礼”与黑格尔的“绝对精神”都是至高无上的本体 ,都具有无所不包性。曾国藩把义理学、考据学、经济学、词章学综合于礼学 ,黑格尔则融合各家各派于一身。曾国藩修齐治平的逻辑过程 ,与黑格尔主观精神、客观精神、绝对精神的辩证发展过程具有相似性。     

Putting a Price on Temperature*

Abstract. This paper analyzes the weather derivatives traded at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), with futures and options written on different temperature indices. We propose to model the temperature dynamics as a continuous‐time autoregressive process with lag p and seasonal variation. The choice p=3 turns out to be sufficient to explain the temperature dynamics observed in Stockholm, Sweden, where we fit the model to more than 40 years of daily observations. The main finding is a clear seasonal variation in the regression residuals, where temperature shows high variability in winter, low in autumn and spring, and increasing variability towards the early summer. Our model allows for derivations of explicit prices for several futures and options. Note that the volatility term structure of futures written on the cumulative average temperature has a modified Samuelson effect, where the volatility prior to the measurement period increases, except for the last part, where it may decrease.

“迷文化”是大众文化的强化形式,而网络小说“迷文化”更具有其独特性。网络小说“迷文化”的研究始终离不开网络小说社区,这是由网络小说的性质决定的。网络小说在创作过程中,作者与读者的互动一直影响文本的创作与发表。网络小说迷读者在网络小说社区进行文化实践活动,使网络小说社区“迷文化”呈现出其独有的特征,并直接影响到网络小说的生产与消费。     

基于地震多属性分析的深层浊积扇刻画研究

渤海辽东湾地区下第三系东营组存在大量各种类型的水下浊积扇，这些浊积扇体都是油气勘探最有利的目标之一。但由于埋藏较深，且只有少量的探井可供利用，因此，对这些浊积扇的研究只能依靠地震资料来进行。利用LD22–1 地区地震资料上提取的多种类型的地震属性，研究了该地区深部两种典型的浊积扇体及其内幕特征，不但分析了它们的地质特征，而且还分析了它们在不同类型地震属性上的表现特征，并从物理意义和地质意义两方面分析了为什么会出现这种表现特征，并得到了12 种对浊积扇体识别刻画敏感的地震属性。     

洪范经筵的政治性思考——以大礼议后期“汪佃事件”为中心

汪佃因经筵讲读被贬斥,进而累及整个翰林院,这便是"大礼议"后期标志性事件——"汪佃事件"。考察这一事件,并与其后顾鼎臣讲读与汪佃相同文本《尚书·洪范》受到褒奖进行对比,从中发现《洪范》在"大礼议"事件中扮演着权力交接的标志性作用。在皇位合法性得到巩固以后,世宗进而转向实际性的权力诉求,即希望通过标志性仪式的方式从武宗旧臣处获得真正权力。但武宗旧臣仍抱持固有观点,对世宗的诉求采取不加理睬甚至抵制的态度,最终促使世宗下决心对武宗旧臣进行清洗,并通过召回顾鼎臣等先朝旧臣重新讲读《尚书·洪范》经筵,来确认权力交接的合法性。可以说,"汪佃事件"的顺利解决,代表着"大礼议"过程中王朝新、旧权力交接的正式完成。杨廷和为首的武宗旧臣离开政治舞台,世宗通过选拔新臣和召回老臣的方式,正式建立了新王朝的权威。     

Bury Your Gays and Social Media Fan Response: Television,LGBTQ Representation,and Communitarian Ethics

Although visibility has increased, there are still television tropes used that can have potentially harmful effects on LGBTQ persons seeking identification through television characters. This essay explores the representation of women-loving women (WLW) on television and how fans respond via social media with regard to their identity and representation. Specifically, by examining the fan culture through a communitarian ethics lens (with an emphasis on duty and mutuality), fans are explored before and after a lesbian character’s death and how their responses created a social movement regarding the current television environment’s treatment of WLW characters. Media anthropology and virtual ethnographic observations on Twitter and Tumblr were used to answer how fans were responding to WLW representation via social media and how they engaged with communitarian ethics. Implications and criticisms are discussed.
