新型全电动式注塑机直拉式电动射移机构

采用射移丝杠安装于机架方式的全电动式注塑机电动射移机构,易造成推力块的力臂结构长度过长。当喷嘴顶 靠于模具时,由于过大偏载力矩的作用而产生上翘现象。针对性地设计开发了新型直拉式电动射移机构。该机构将注 射单元通过直拉式射移机构直拉于定模板上,大大减小了全电动式注塑机射移力系的封闭回路里出力机构的射移丝杠 中心线与机筒中心线的距离,使机架不再需要承受原有设计由于射移最终阶段喷嘴顶紧模具浇口产生的顶靠力,从而大 大改善了射移机构和喷嘴的受力情况,同时也简化了机架结构,进而减轻了机架的结构重量。     

Accurate Response with Refurbished Consumer Returns

Centering around anticipative and reactive capabilities of firms, accurate response is an important supply‐side strategy to deal with demand uncertainty. Clearly, the structure of the possible reaction will crucially influence the optimal anticipative decision making. In this article, we extend the existing literature in this area by including a new reactive capability, namely the utilization of refurbished consumer returns from early sales to react to demand later in the selling season. Because consumer returns depend on previous sales, there is also a direct link to the anticipative supply decision. We capture this effect in a newsvendor‐type model and provide both analytical and numerical insights into the optimal anticipative and reactive decisions as well as the value of refurbishing in terms of the retailer's expected profitability.

Closed‐Loop Supply Chains: An Introduction to the Feature Issue (Part 1)

Closed‐loop supply chains (CLSC) have product returns at the center of attention. Our view is that CLSC are best managed from a business perspective where organizations seek to maximize value recovery. The research in the feature issue, and our experiences, shows that there are still numerous, unresolved, managerially relevant issues that deserve further investigation. We also observe that there is a pressing need to validate the assumptions in our models using interdisciplinary, industry‐driven research. The time is right for production and operations management to play a central role in the sustainability movement slowly taking hold in practice.
