师德建设在营造高校品牌文化中的作用

随着时代的发展，高校品牌文化已经成为竞争的主题。而师德是从古至今都一直受到歌颂的，在现代利益文化的熏陶下，师德显得更加的重要。在高校的竞争中，师德建设已经成为了必不可少的环节。从师德建设的必要性着手，着重分析了师德建设在营造高校品牌文化中的作用。

Sexual Minority Adolescents

Abstract

Most ethical dilemmas confronting professional school counselors (PSCs) do not involve simple solutions. Therefore, to practice ethically, PSCs need to possess and have the ability to articulate their ethical decision-making process with a clear and defendable professional explanation. Specifically, this article details the ethical decision-making process for PSCs working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered (LGBT) adolescents. Additionally, ethical standards and legal statutes relating to counseling LGBT adolescents, ethical decision-making processes, and implications are discussed.     

Evaluation of Research Ethics Committees: Criteria for the Ethical Quality of the Review Process

Repeatedly, adequacy, performance and quality of Ethics Committees that oversee medical research trials are being discussed. Although they play a crucial role in reviewing medical research and protecting human subjects, it is far from clear to what degree they fulfill the task they have been assigned to. This eventuates in the call for an evaluation of their activity and, in some places, led to the establishment of accreditation schemes. At the same time, IRBs have become subject of detailed legislation in the process of the ongoing global juridification of medical research. Unsurprisingly, there is a tendency to understand the evaluation of RECs as a question of controlling their legal compliance. This paper discusses the need for a quality evaluation of IRBs from an ethical point of view and, by systematically reviewing the major ethical guidelines for IRBs, proposes a system of criteria that should orientate any evaluation of IRBs.

差异性社会理论体现了马克思主义哲学认识及改造社会方法的创新特质。差异性社会理论是解读包容性增长的基本分析语境,差异性社会应当是良性发展的和谐社会,其发展伦理在价值观念、效率伦理、公民伦理这些方面为包容性增长界定规范性维度。差异性社会的道德冲突化解是实现包容性增长的重要精神保障。     

Who Is a Jew?

Abstract

When a social worker incurs professional obligations in two different actions, but cannot do both, this is termed “an ethical conflict concerning expectations in concurrently affected arenas” (Levy, 1976, p. 113). This article addresses an ethical dilemma that is centered in one of the most complex and controversial issues within Jewish life today: the question of “who is a Jew.” A case is presented which depicts the complexity of ethical conflicts which may arise from this unanswered question. The values at issue are explored and the process used to clarify, legitimate, and operationalize a plan of action is articulated. Ethical dilemmas invariably arise in social work practice. Resolutions that are clear, easily applied, internally consistent, and that consider the values of all concerned should help in reaching an ethical solution.     

Ethical Considerations in Management Research: A ‘Truth’ Seeker''s Guide

Within a growing Knowledge-Management context, it would appear that Management Research calls for researchers to explicitly understand their own values, have increasing capacity for reflexivity and anticipate various ethical dilemmas that emerge from the research endeavour. This paper provides an overview of the philosophy of ethics and focuses on a researcher's ethical reasoning. It provides a framework for understanding causes of ethical dilemmas in the context of management research and provides strategies for a way forward through such dilemmas. The paper, finally, outlines exercises pertinent to research ethics and ‘hands on’ research praxis. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

试论我国当前的官德建设

提高政府官员的道德水平是我国经济社会发展的重要保证,也是实现"以德治国"方略的必然要求。当前应尽快建立和完善以"全心全意为人民服务"为基本原则的官德体系,加强官德建设,有效防范政府官员的腐败,提高行政效能。     

略论传统伦理道德的发展规律和历史命运-传统伦理道德思想论纲之一

中华民族在血缘宗亲的群体关系中,高度地发挥着人的本性,随着孝养的制度化,传统伦理道德思想从其原生期、形成期逐渐走入成熟期,发展出以三纲五常为主体的政治性伦理思想和以仁义说为核心的品格性伦理思想.前者借专制集权主义而大行其道,渐趋极端,压制着后者,扭曲着人性.后者顽强地抗争,熔铸着民族的精神,培养着"民族的脊梁".二者既对立又统一,既冲突又融合,共同构成传统伦理道德思想.这个矛盾的统一体循其矛盾规律而发展,从不中断,绝不消亡,在经过漫长的成熟期的五个阶段后,必然迈入自己的高级期.     

伦理制度之我见

伦理制度即道德的制度化,是伦理学研究和当前道德实践的重要领域。作者运用逻辑学的交叉概念理论及方法对伦理制度加以研究,认为伦理制度是制度与道德两种不同的社会规范交叉产生的具有新质的伦理范畴,它分为道德立法和道德纪律两大类型。与非制度化的伦理要求、道德规范相比较,伦理制度具有组织权威性、可操作性和外在强制性等特点,能产生"善有善报,恶有恶报"的强大作用,虽然它有其适用范围的限制,但在维护当今的社会秩序中发挥着道德说教和制度规章不可替代的作用。
