新闻报道常规与弱势社群的公共表达——广州城市报纸(2000～2002)对"农民工"报道的量化分析

文章以广州市的4家日报为例,采用量化分析的方式对我国当代城市报纸对"农民工"这个弱势社群的新闻报道进行了实证考察.分析的理论关注点主要集中在城市报纸是否为"农民工"这个弱势社群的公共表达提供了机会和空间?笔者尝试运用3个量化指标,力图勾画出我国当代城市报纸在"农民工"新闻报道上的总体现状,并揭示城市报纸为弱势社群提供公共表达的表现.在实证考察的基础上,评析了当前我国城市媒体在弱势社群新闻报道上的已有优势和不足,提出了在新闻常规实践中开拓弱势社群之公共表达的具体方式.     

论宪法中的权界式公民义务规范

以义务性规范的形式对宪法权利作出的限制规定,就是宪法中的权界式公民义务规范,它有概括限制型和具体限制型两种类型。宪法权利的法律保留限制式规定,不应视为公民义务规范。权界式义务规范在创设目的、出现位置、表述转换等方面与明示式义务规范有着重大区别。权界式义务规范附属于公民宪法权利规范本身,它可以转换成非义务性的表述,其实质是表示权利应当有所约束。关于宪法权利之限制规定能否被视为公民义务规范的争议,可通过形式与实质的双重视角予以化解。     

社会转型期弱势群体的利益表达机制探析

在20世纪90年代以来的社会转型过程中所形成的弱势群体,是和谐社会视角下的一个热点问题,也是十六届六中全会有关社会体制改革所关注的一个焦点.弱势群体的利益表达有利于政治稳定和社会和谐,有利于利益均衡和社会发展,也有利于实现社会的公平与正义.通过构建有效的弱势群体利益表达机制,使其能够拥有平等的利益表达权利,自主、理性、合法地进行利益表达,从而由权利均衡走向利益均衡,是促进弱势群体走出困境的一种有效制度安排.     

《论语》中的修养之道——从文本形式进入的思考

《论语》记载了孔子的言行及其与弟子时人的问答,解读时宜把语录意义与语录存在的具体语境、涉及的特定对象联系起来;假如脱离具体境况纯粹作形而上的认识,就不免有断章取义之嫌。语录涉及的对象大略分为"君"、"仕"和"士"三类,其中的修养之道各有侧重:关于"君",要求仁爱、以身作则;关于"仕",要求敬事、谨慎、谦恭和识时务;关于"士",则要求有信仰和批判的精神,奋发有为。孔子提出这样的修养之道,是根据角色定位("角色")和适时而处("时中")的原则,其中关于个体性和社会性相统一的认识尤其有当代意义。     

‘Family money’ and ‘business money’: bankrupt entrepreneurs in a ‘question situation’

This paper addresses the question of bankruptcy and honesty in local contexts, and especially the problem of the bankrupt small businessman in conveying ‘honesty’ to the local community. Studying bankrupt entrepreneurs, the analysis explores a tacit dialogue between the failed businessmen and the small town communities where they live and work. The bankrupts respond to their seemingly mistrustful surroundings by demonstrating their respect for the dividing line between two social categories of money: ‘company money’ and ‘family money’. This discursive resource expresses business ethics and respectability, both essential for the bankrupt entrepreneur to start another business in the local community. The empirical material in the study consists of interviews with 22 businessmen who had created small businesses and experienced at least one bankruptcy, half of them in small towns. The entrepreneurs were found through court records and word of mouth. Interviews were conducted by the author and by graduate students from the Department of Sociology in Lund. All interviews were tape-recorded and transcribed verbatim.     

留守经历对新生代农民工工作流动的影响--基于2015年北京市数据的实证检验

本文基于2015年北京市新生代农民工的微观调查数据，在利用倾向得分倒数加权法纠正样本的选择性偏差以后发现：（1）新生代农民工过高的工作流动频率在一定程度上与其普遍的留守经历有关；（2）不同类型的留守形式和留守时间对工作流动的影响有所不同，完全留守、长期留守者表现出更高的工作流动性；（3）相同的留守行为对工作流动的影响存在明显的性别差异，男性农民工更易受到童年时期留守经历的影响。上述结论的政策启示在于：在关注留守经历及其所带来的影响差异的同时，也应避免留守问题的代际传承。     

钢琴协奏曲《黄河》的曲式探索

钢琴协奏曲《黄河》是一部在国内、外音乐舞台上最常被演奏的，拥有最多种音像制品版本和最大发行量的中国钢琴作品。为更深入的了解这部作品，文章从曲式结构着手进行分析。     

An empirical investigation of the box-cox model and a nonlinear least squares alternative

In this paper we present a generalized functional form estimator, recently developed by jeffrey Wooldridge; and then we compare it empirically to the popular Box-Cox (BC) estimator using three data sets. We begin by briefly reviewing the drawbacks of the BC estimator. We Then introduce the nonlinear lest squares (NLS) alternative of Wooldridge which retains the desirable qualities of the BC estimator without the associated theoretical problems. We continue by applying both the BC and the NLS models to data from three classic hedonic regression studies and then compare the estimation resuts-point estimates, inferences and fitted values. The estimations include a wage rate equation, and two computer hedonic regression equations, one using data from a classic study by Gregory Chow and the other using an IBM data set that formed the basis of the new official BLS computer price index.     

TESTS FOR EXPONENTIALITY AGAINST GAMMA ALTERNATIVES USING NORMALIZED WAITING TIMES

In this article, we present some tests for Exponentiality against Gamma alternatives by using normalized waiting times. The test is constructed by using a quadratic form. The asymptotic distribution of the proposed test is derived. The power of the test is computed through Monte Carlo simulation and is compared with Linhart (1965) test, Bain and Engelhardt (1975) test and Keating et al. (1990) test.     

Sometimes Words Just Ain't Enough – Enhancing the Contribution of Children in Therapy through Creative Expression

The meaningful inclusion of children in family therapy is an ideal that therapists readily align with and yet struggle to implement effectively. Within a practice that relies heavily on verbal expression, young children provide a unique challenge for therapists, who require developmentally appropriate opportunities for the child to express, document, and share his or her experience in all its richness and colour. In this paper the author utilises art therapy to support greater inclusion of children in family therapy by capitalising on their creative talents and facilitating the child's visual story within the family dialogue. This can assist in the formulation and treatment of systemic issues.
