公共行政视野下地方公益类科研机构功能定位与发展路径探索

公益类科研机构是国家为履行其公共行政职能,依照国家公法设立的公共服务组织。在创新驱动发展战略已成为转型发展破局之策的背景之下,地方公益类科研机构如何更好地明晰发展定位,发挥政府赋予的公益服务职能,已成为新一轮科技体制改革中地方公益科研机构面临的重大课题。本文立足于公益类科研机构的内在特性对其功能定位进行了重构并据此设计了发展路径。     

描述译学的语言学模式

始于20世纪70年代的描述翻译学,因其具有理论和应用双重属性,有助于翻译理论研究和实践研究之间的沟通.而系统功能语言学,作为一种基于人类学、社会学、符号学的现代语言学理论,与描述翻译学具有相通的语言观、系统观和功能观.由此,系统功能语言学的系统理论、功能理论、语境理论,能够为描述翻译学提供一种更为细致、有效的研究途径.     

《再别康桥》之及物性系统分析

徐志摩的代表作《再别康桥》的英译版本数量颇丰、质量各异。而对译文的评价亦是众说纷纭、缺乏客观性和权威性。本文独辟蹊径,以韩礼德的系统功能语言学为视角,对诗篇原文及英译文进行及物性对比分析,旨在一方面揭示诗歌主题,一方面审视译文质量,同时验证系统功能语言学对于诗歌解读和诗歌翻译评价的适用性和可操作性。     

Normalized Quadratic Systems of Consumer Demand Functions

Empirically estimated demand systems frequently fail to satisfy the appropriate theoretical curvature conditions. We propose and estimate two demand systems for which these conditions can be imposed globally; the first is derived from a normalized quadratic reciprocal indirect utility function and the second is derived from a normalized quadratic expenditure function. The former is flexible if there are no restrictions on its free parameters, but loses flexibility if the curvature conditions need to be imposed. The latter is flexible, in the class of functions satisfying local money metric scaling, even if the curvature conditions need to be imposed.     

Unbiased estimation of a nonlinear function a normal mean with application to measurement err oorf models

Let W be a normal random variable with mean μand known variance σ². Conditions on the function f(·) are given under which there exists an unbiased estimator, f(W), of f(μ) for all real μ. In particular it is shown that f(·) must be an entire function over the complex plane. Infinite series solutions for F(·) are obtained which are shown to be valid under growth conditions of the derivatives, f^k( ·), of f(·). Approximate solutions are given for the cases in which no exact solution exists. The theory is applied to nonlinear measurement-error models as a means of finding unbiased score functions when measurement error is normally distributed. Relative efficiencies comparing the proposed method to the use of conditional scores (Stefanski and Carroll, 1987) are given for the Poisson regression model with canonical link.     

On Max-Multiscaling Distributions as Extended Max-Semistable Ones

Abstract

We introduce max-multiscaling distributions as solutions to a functional equation which, in a natural way, extends the one fulfilled by max-semistable distributions. We establish that strictly max-multiscaling distributions are products of at most two max-semistable distributions. Next, we show how to obtain these solutions as limit laws of normalized maximum of suitable independent sequences of random variables when sample size has geometric growth.     

Adaptive Estimation of the Integral of Squared Regression Derivatives

A problem of estimating the integral of a squared regression function and of its squared derivatives has been addressed in a number of papers. For the case of a heteroscedastic model where smoothness of the underlying regression function, the design density, and the variance of errors are known, the asymptotically sharp minimax lower bound and a sharp estimator were found in Pastuchova & Khasminski (1989). However, there are apparently no results on the either rate optimal or sharp optimal adaptive, or data-driven, estimation when neither the degree of regression function smoothness nor design density, scale function and distribution of errors are known. After a brief review of main developments in non-parametric estimation of non-linear functionals, we suggest a simple adaptive estimator for the integral of a squared regression function and its derivatives and prove that it is sharp-optimal whenever the estimated derivative is sufficiently smooth.     

人脑信息加工神经网络化体系初探

本文对心理词汇、外语心理词汇、二语心理词汇、双语心理词汇所涉及到的语言与思维关系问题进行了较为深入的分析、阐释和讨论,明确指出:1)在语言习得和外语学习过程中,逻辑思维和形象思维两套系统会因信息输入途径的不同而各自、相继或同时参与着信息加工;2)两种思维系统所参与的信息加工,会以"词条或概念群组"的形式加以储存;3)提出了外语学习信息加工心理词库的假说;4)并对定位论和总体论以及各种类型心理词汇的分类、概念及其信息输入、储存、激活等问题分别进行了简明扼要地阐述、分析和讨论;在此基础上,提出了"人脑信息加工神经网络化体系论"假说。

就高校校园体育文化的方向特征与引导功能,高层次与创造功能,开放性特征与教育功能,健身特征与科学文化传递功能等方面,探讨了在社会主义市场经济体制下,高校校园体育文化中,多种形式的体育活动内容,对大学生的思想观念、身体和心理素质、行为方式等将产生巨大影响。高校的体育文化应充分发挥并展示自身的特征与功能,改革体育教学内容和方法、充分发挥校园体育文化的各种教育功能。学校体育教学就能够发挥其应有的自身效能。进一步促进高校的文化建设。     

分布时滞Hopfield神经网络稳定性

针对分布时滞的Hopfield型神经网络构造了李雅普诺夫能量函数,证明了该网络的稳定性问题。证明过程中运用了引理的结论,充分利用了所取李雅普诺夫函数的特殊性,较多地运用了不等式分析方法及不等式放缩技巧。同时由于时滞的存在,证明过程中还涉及李雅普诺夫泛函问题。最后利用引理的结论得出了该网络全局一致渐近稳定的结论。
