线上线下融合模式下考虑战略顾客行为的供应链协调研究

在移动电商高速发展和移动支付日益便捷的时代，线上线下融合商务模式正日益成为传统零售、电子商务甚至快递物流企业转型升级的重要方向，影响着供应链运营管理及其优化决策。线上线下融合模式下的战略顾客行为不同于传统模式，其对于供应链运营管理及其优化决策的影响也不同于传统模式。基于O2O运作模式特征，运用战略顾客行为理论、供应链优化与协调理论，本文分别构建了"线上下单+线下体验+线下支付+自行提货"O2O模式1、"线上浏览+线下体验+线上购买+线下配送"O2O模式2、纯线下模式和纯线上模式下考虑战略顾客行为的供应链集中决策模型和契约协调模型，并进行了相应的数值分析，在此基础上，提出了相应的管理启示。研究结果表明：（1）无论是"线上下单+线下体验+线下支付+自行提货"O2O模式1还是"线上浏览+线下体验+线上购买+线下配送"O2O模式2，收益分享契约机制可以有效地实现战略顾客行为下的供应链协调。（2）对比两种O2O模式和两种非O2O模式，O2O模式1和O2O模式2能给供应链及其成员带来更多的利润，而纯线上模式和纯线下模式能给战略顾客带来更高的效用。（3）O2O模式下，制定较高的自提补贴和较低的折扣价格，有利于提高供应链及其成员的运营绩效。（4）O2O模式下，增强产品及其相关服务的实际体验效用，有利于提高供应链整体及其成员的运营绩效，有利于提高战略顾客的净效用。     

The female aging body: A systematic review of female perspectives on aging,health, and body image

While most body image research has focused on young female populations, evidence has shown that as few as 12% of older women are satisfied with their body size. Recent studies have also highlighted how anti-aging discourses are promoting unrealistic body norms, which have shown to contribute to poor body image and altered health behaviors. A systematic review of empirical studies focused on older women’s perspectives of health, body image, and the aging body is presented. Findings support that body image is a persistent, lifelong issue for women and should be considered when implementing healthy aging policies and practices.     

Never easy to say “sorry”: Exploring the interplay of crisis involvement,brand image,and message appeal in developing effective corporate apologies

This study examines how the interplay among crisis involvement, brand image, and message appeal impacts the effectiveness of an apology in the context of a corporate crisis. To determine apology effectiveness, a 2 (crisis involvement: high vs. low) × 2 (brand image: symbolic vs. functional) × 2 (message appeal type: emotional vs. informational) experimental design was employed. The results demonstrate that the three-way interaction is significant, especially in the low-crisis involvement condition. The study concludes with a discussion of theoretical and practical implications and directions for future research.     

“抖音”上的个体形象建构与对社会价值观的呼应——兼论书写“抖音”微生活民族志的可能性

人们构建形象、呈现自我的方式在自媒体时代不断发生着转变，这是人类学家不得不关注的现象。赵旭东教授指出，“微信民族志”时代已经到来。本研究认为，“抖音”作为当代青年中最具影响力的短视频平台，可以拓展微信民族志研究，但怎样开展“抖音”微生活民族志研究尚无一些有创建的尝试。本研究首先分析了书写“抖音”微生活民族志的可能性，进而厘清了研究对象，且以此为基础，对“抖音”微生活民族志进行了一种探索性的书写，试分析“抖音”短视频对个体形象建构的主观和客观影响。研究发现，短视频内容文本的反复强化特点促使个体有效建构自我形象；在个体不主动避讳被熟人观看时，他们的线下形象与线上形象基本吻合；看似是网民共同主动筛选出来的网红，实则是当前社会价值观的反映。     

Functional analysis of high-content high-throughput imaging data

High-content automated imaging platforms allow the multiplexing of several targets simultaneously to generate multi-parametric single-cell data sets over extended periods of time. Typically, standard simple measures such as mean value of all cells at every time point are calculated to summarize the temporal process, resulting in loss of time dynamics of the single cells. Multiple experiments are performed but observation time points are not necessarily identical, leading to difficulties when integrating summary measures from different experiments. We used functional data analysis to analyze continuous curve data, where the temporal process of a response variable for each single cell can be described using a smooth curve. This allows analyses to be performed on continuous functions, rather than on original discrete data points. Functional regression models were applied to determine common temporal characteristics of a set of single cell curves and random effects were employed in the models to explain variation between experiments. The aim of the multiplexing approach is to simultaneously analyze the effect of a large number of compounds in comparison to control to discriminate between their mode of action. Functional principal component analysis based on T-statistic curves for pairwise comparison to control was used to study time-dependent compound effects.

A robust automatic clustering algorithm for probability density functions with application to categorizing color images

This study develops a robust automatic algorithm for clustering probability density functions based on the previous research. Unlike other existing methods that often pre-determine the number of clusters, this method can self-organize data groups based on the original data structure. The proposed clustering method is also robust in regards to noise. Three examples of synthetic data and a real-world COREL dataset are utilized to illustrate the accurateness and effectiveness of the proposed approach.     

Exploring the essence of enabling child participation within child protection services

The chances that children have to participate in child protection services are largely contingent upon the attitudes and skills of case managers. They have a crucial role in ensuring that a child's voice is being listened to and acknowledged in often sensitive dialogues. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate what case managers need to facilitate child participation. By handing case managers a participation toolbox developed by children and through the use of reflexive monitoring in action, we elaborated on the barriers faced in practice. The results show that the intention to facilitate child participation is quickly overruled by often subconscious thoughts and beliefs, stemming from the complex interplay of child image, protection, and participation. Case managers need to be aware of this interplay and how this unknowingly steers their actions. Therefore, iterative reflection should be facilitated within organizations for an actual change in their daily practice and to amplify the role of children in the decision‐making processes within child protection services.
