大学生政治认同的实证分析

政治认同是人们从内心深处产生的一种对所属政治系统情感上的归属感或依附感。当代大学生对制度规则、制度原则、政党制度和政治效能的认同度总体上是积极的,但在某些方面存在认同度偏低的问题,主要是分配制度问题以及腐败问题。加强和提升大学生的政治认同,需要完善法治社会建设,大力惩治腐败,逐步实现社会的公平正义。     

国际海事惯例及其司法识别问题研究

国际航运业的发展源远流长,中国自改革开放以来逐步构建起了中国特色社会主义海商法律体系。作为法律体系补充的国际海事惯例日益受到重视,将国际海事惯例运用到国内司法活动的前置问题就是司法识别。司法识别包括程序方面的构造和实体方面的标准两大方面,程序构造和实体标准相辅相成、相得益彰,共同构成了国际海事惯例司法识别问题的完整体系。从宏观角度对国际海事惯例的司法识别问题进行制度化完善,将有利于其科学规范的适用,为航运业的健康和可持续发展提供强有力保障。     

Calibration of FI‐ISK,an Invasiveness Screening Tool for Nonnative Freshwater Invertebrates

The Freshwater Invertebrate Invasiveness Scoring Kit (FI‐ISK) is proposed as a screening tool for identifying potentially invasive freshwater invertebrates. FI‐ISK was adapted from the Fish Invasiveness Scoring Kit (FISK) of Copp, Garthwaite, and Gozlan, which is an adapted form of the Weed Risk Assessment (WRA) of Pheloung, Williams, and Halloy. Initial assessments using FI‐ISK, which include confidence (certainty/uncertainty) rankings by the assessor to each response, were calibrated to determine the most appropriate score thresholds for classifying nonnative species into low‐, medium‐, and high‐risk categories, using both the original medium‐to‐high risk threshold scores for the WRA (i.e., ≥6) and for FISK (i.e., ≥19). Patterns of the assessor's confidence, when making the responses during the FI‐ISK assessments, were also examined. Using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, FI‐ISK was shown to distinguish accurately (and with statistical confidence) between potentially invasive and noninvasive species of nonnative crayfish (Decapoda: Astacidae, Cambaridae, Parastacidae), with the statistically appropriate threshold score for high‐risk species scores being ≥16. FI‐ISK represents a useful and viable tool to aid decision‐ and policymakers in assessing and classifying freshwater invertebrates according to their potential invasiveness.     

银行卡诈骗行为的性质与立法规制

银行卡诈骗犯罪是在新的历史条件下传统犯罪与高新技术相结合所产生的智能型犯罪。根据近年来银行卡诈骗犯罪的特点和趋势,对国内外立法进行比较分析,提出有针对性的立法建议。     

Income Comparison as a Determining Mechanism of Class Identification: A Quantitative and Simulation Study Using Japanese Survey Data

This paper questions whether personal income comparison explains the distributive gap between income and class identification by exploring the following two issues: empirical validity of income comparison as the determinant of class identification, and theoretical validity of income comparison for the distributive gap. For the first issue, we conduct a statistical analysis using data from the Social Stratification and Social Mobility surveys (1975–2005), and the Stratification and Social Psychology-I survey (2010). We find that the criteria for choosing reference groups changed historically from residential proximity to occupational equality. In addition, income comparison with sensitive to lower-income possessors and a distorted perception of income difference significantly affected class identification, except for the year of 1985. The simulation analysis employed to examine the second issue clarified that income comparison with the above-mentioned features yields a less skewed distribution compared to that of class identification. The data also indicates that the empirical conditions of income are satisfied for realization of this result. Thus, we could ascertain empirical and theoretical validity of income comparison as explanation for the distributive gap between income and class identification.

The occurrence of fingerprint characteristics as a two-dimensional poisson process

The individuality of n fingerprint is based on the configuration of occurences of the ten Galton characteristics ( ridge endings, forks, etc. ). A model ( Osterburg, Parthasarthy, Raghavan, Sclove, 1977 ) for the occurence of these characteristics, in terms of a grid of cells, is further developed. The occurence of the characteristics is modelled as a two-dimensional multivariate Poisson process. This approach allows one to treat multiple occurrences in a more satisfying way than in Osterburg, Parthasarathy, Raghavan and Sclove ( 1977 ) or Sclove ( 1978 )     

华裔美国文学的族裔想象和文化认同

《中国佬》、《喜福会》、《甘加丁之路》和《典型的美国佬》这四部华裔美国文学作品具有鲜明的族裔意识,在颠覆话语陈规、重写历史和建构身份的过程中发挥了积极的作用。对这些个案进行分析,可以从不同层面阐释文化认同的复杂性和策略的多变性,揭露和批判种种表象背后所隐匿的话语霸权和意识形态性。     

企业家与职业经理的心理特质差异——再论企业家与职业经理特征识别模型

对于企业家的认识及其与职业经理的区分,不仅是一个实践问题,也是一个理论问题。在企业中,企业家既要承担自己的个人风险也要承担企业的风险,而经理人却只是承担自己的个人风险,因此企业家相对比职业经理具有更加极端的心理特质:(1)富于幻想,有强烈的创业冲动;(2)自信,有强烈的成就欲;(3)叛逆,乐于冒险;(4)狂热,偏执。该文对企业家与职业经理的心理特质差异进行探讨,丰富了原有研究。
