基于改进模糊综合评价法的信用评估体系研究—以我国中小上市公司为样本的实证研究

分析我国中小企业目前的融资困境及其根源,提出改进模糊综合评价模型—AFF模型(Analytic hierarchy process- Factor Analysis- Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)对中小企业进行信用评估。该模型在进行指标权重决策问题时,不仅考虑了复杂大群体决策的不确定性,更是将主观赋权法和客观赋权法思想相结合,提出以基于群决策的AHP方法确定主观权重,基于因子分析法(FA)确定客观权重,最后将主客观权重集结得到指标的综合权重。模型既克服了传统主观因素赋权的不足,又充分考虑客观因素,而且引入了群体决策的思想,拓展了模糊综合评价法的应用,更具理论实际意义。选取信息技术服务业53家公司为样本,利用该模型进行了实证分析,验证了该模型的适用性、稳定性和客观性。分析结果表明,采用AFF模型能准确地得到公司的信用等级,并能发现导致公司信用状况不佳的相关因素,通过对相关因素的剖析,帮助领导者和决策者改善公司信用状况,具有较强的实践意义。AFF模型在各类理论与实践的综合评价中均具有应用和推广价值。     

Estimating the common hazard rate of two exponential distributions with ordered location parameters

This paper is concerned with estimating the common hazard rate of two exponential distributions with unknown and ordered location parameters under a general class of bowl-shaped scale invariant loss functions. The inadmissibility of the best affine equivariant estimator is established by deriving an improved estimator. Another estimator is obtained which improves upon the best affine equivariant estimator. A class of improving estimators is derived using the integral expression of risk difference approach of Kubokawa [A unified approach to improving equivariant estimators. Ann Statist. 1994;22(1):290–299]. These results are applied to specific loss functions. It is further shown that these estimators can be derived for four important sampling schemes: (i) complete and i.i.d. sample, (ii) record values, (iii) type-II censoring, and (iv) progressive Type-II censoring. A simulation study is carried out for numerically comparing the risk performance of these proposed estimators.     

企业信息化实施能力评价系统研究

在综合前人关于企业信息化评价研究成果的基础上,提出了一套较为全面和科学的企业实施信息化能力评价的指标体系,详细阐述了各评价指标的含义,运用改进AHP方法确定各指标的权重,根据专家对各个指标的评分予以加权得到综合评价值,以评定企业实施信息化能力的等级。     

企业营销团队成员绩效的多级模糊综合评价

随着市场竞争日益激烈,营销在企业经营中占有越来越重要的地位,而成功的营销又有赖于一个高效运作的营销团队。文章运用德尔菲法构建了企业营销团队成员绩效评价指标体系,然后建立了基于改进AHP法和多级模糊综合评价法的营销团队成员绩效评价模型,并结合实例对企业营销团队中个体的绩效进行评价,以期对企业营销团队成员的绩效做出科学的分析和合理的评价。     

位置参数的同时估计

在平方损失下，考虑ｐ（ｐ≥３）个位置参数的同时估计．对均匀分布、双指数分布给出了控制通常估计量的改进估计量，推广了Ｓｈｉｎｏｚａｋｉ（１９８４）的主要结果．     

导弹外壳板滚弯机中"改进型"轧辊半径之确定

以理想状态下大型导弹外壳板(简称弹壳板)与对称式三轧辊滚弯机(简称三辊机)中三轧辊之间弹塑性力学关系为基础,研究实际工况下弹壳板产生滚弯直线度误差的根源,并推导出一组可确定"改进型"轧辊半径的方程组.研究表明,以计算该方程组所求得的"改进型"轧辊替代原三辊机的轧辊可使弹壳板滚弯直线度误差显著减小.     

河南省普通高校影视教育类课程现状与改进方法研究

河南省高校影视教育类课程的现状不容乐观,相关问题严重阻碍了影视教育的教学水平等。笔者建议从培养师资力量,提升课程地位与加强课程建设,改进教学内容与方法等方面进行改善,探索新的教学模式以适应时代的需要。     

Improved ridge estimators in a linear regression model

In this paper, the notion of the improved ridge estimator (IRE) is put forward in the linear regression model y=X β+e. The problem arises if augmenting the equation 0=c′α+ε instead of 0=C α+? to the model. Three special IREs are considered and studied under the mean-squared error criterion and the prediction error sum of squares criterion. The simulations demonstrate that the proposed estimators are effective and recommendable, especially when multicollinearity is severe.     

A statistical multivariable optimization method using improved orthogonal algorithm based on large data

Multivariable optimization under large data environment concerns with how to reliably obtain a set of optimization results from a mass of data that influence the object function complexly. This is an important issue in statistical calculation because the complexity between variable parameters leads to repeated statistical calculation analysis and a significant amount of data waste. A statistical multivariable optimization method using improved orthogonal algorithm based on large data is proposed. Considering the optimization problem with multi-parameters under large data environment, a multi-parameter optimization model used for improved orthogonal algorithm is established based on large data. Furthermore, an extensive simulation study on temperature field distribution of anti-/de-icing component was conducted to verify the validity of the statistical calculation analysis optimization method. The optimized temperature field distribution meets the anti-/de-icing requirements through numerical simulation. Simulation results show that the optimization effect is more evident and accurate than the non-optimized temperature distribution with the optimized results of the proposed method. Results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
