产权安排对人力资本与财务资本配置影响研究

运用科斯定理建立了数理模型，分析了不同的初始产权安排由于交易费用的作用对人力资本与财务资本在企业内部配置的影响．研究结果表明，人力资本的投入量与交易费用的存在和产权界定系数相关．     

REMARKS ON OPTIMAL INFERENCE FOR MARKOV BRANCHING PROCESSES: A SEQUENTIAL APPROACH

Use of a suitable stopping rule yields exact uniformly most powerful tests and minimum variance unbiased estimators of various parameters of a Markov branching model with or without immigration. The population model discussed includes the pure birth, simple epidemic, immigration-death, M/M/ 1 queue, linear birth-death and a branching diffusion process, among others, as special cases.     

A comparison of alternative rate estimators in some frequently used growth models

This paper deals with the linear, exponential and Gompertz models and compares the bias and variance of a number of estimators of the growth-rate parameters of these models. Some of these estimators have been commonly recommended in the literature and others are most frequently used in empirical practice. The present analysis points to the strengths and weaknesses of the estimators in their usage.

文章揭示了叶轮栅后区长度L_3太长时,会使栅后区出气角β_2无法选择而造成无解的事实;表明在β_2变化的适当范围内,叶型后缘两侧速度差△Λ与β_2之间呈线性关系,而且该线性变化范围随L_3的增长而缩小;获得了随L_3作线性变化的规律。文章最后提出了离心式叶轮机任意旋成面叶栅流场的简单求解方法。     

压缩真空态的振幅平方压缩

本文依据Hillery的振幅平方压缩概念，研究了压缩真空态的振幅平方压缩效应。研究结果表明，压缩真空态可呈现最大的振幅平方压缩。     

一类线性热方程初边值问题解的存在唯一性

本文研究线性热方程的初边值问题。在初值ｕ０（ｘ）∈Ｈ１０（Ω）的条件下，证明了问题的解在Ｃ（［０，Ｔ］；Ｈ１０（Ω））∩Ｗ１，２（０，Ｔ；Ｌ２（Ω））中存在且在更大的类Ｌ∞（０，Ｔ；Ｈ１０（Ω））∩Ｗ１，２（０，Ｔ；Ｌ２（Ω））中唯一。     

Robust scale estimation in the error-components model using the empirical characteristic function

Robust estimators of the scale parameters in the error-components model are described. The new estimators are based on the empirical characteristic functions of appropriate sets of residuals and are affine equivariant, consistent and asymptotically normal. The robustness of the new estimators is investigated via influence-function calculations. The results of Monte Carlo experiments and an example based on real data illustrate the usefulness of the estimators.     

单喷管轴对称引射器／扩压器装置几何尺寸对性能的影响

本文分析了单喷管引射器／扩压器装置几何尺寸对其性能的影响，提出了若干在设计中应遵循的几何尺寸范围，以利于设计高效引射器／扩压器装置，对提高舰船生存能力具有实际应用价值．     

激光参数综合测量研究

本文研究了激光参数综合测量的方法。实现了单机对小功率连续激光器输出功率P_(out)、稳定性P_w、光斑功率密度σ、横向模式TEM、光束半径r、光束发散角θ等参数的综合测量。按本设计方案研制的激光参数测量仪,还可用于其他光学测量研究。通过研究较成功地解决了激光参数测量中,光谱响应补偿、时漂、温漂和背景噪声扣除等几个关键问题,使功率测量分辨率达10~(-10)W,稳定度优于0.4％。
