[提要]马涛、李绍东认为,实验经济学研究的是人的行为,但人的行为是复杂的,实验的结果同参与人的文化程度之间有着密切的联系,因此,它需要建立在人文关怀的基础上才可能更趋合理;而这正是实验经济学方法论面临的难题。郭建斌认为,尽管现在就判断实验经济学能否如边际主义那样在经济学各领域引发革命还为时尚早,但它对经济学的证伪主义方法论无疑将产生积极的影响。周星则指出,实验经济学在中国的发展,要更加注重对经济发展和制度变迁等动态性问题的研究,要能为中国经济体制改革提供一个完整的理论说明。     

儿童文学翻译标准的构建

儿童文学翻译标准是文学翻译理论的一个重要部分,也是衡量儿童文学翻译作品质量的主要因素.但是较之于市场上儿童文学作品的数量和种类,对儿童文学作品的衡量标准的研究少之又少.本文以佐哈尔·沙维特提出的翻译儿童文学作品的两条原则为指导,在此基础上阐发、细化、构建出更加具体的具有广泛适应性的儿童文学翻译标准.     

民事责任归责问题的理论思考

民事责任的归责是指民事行为人违反法定义务或约定义务后,依什么为根据来使行为人承担强制性的不利后果。民事责任的归责基础是民事违约行为或违法行为对他人的权利或利益造成了损害。民事责任的归责基础和归责要素是两个既有区别又有联系的概念。由行为、损害、过错、因果关系、主体的特殊角色的不同组合构成了民事责任归责要素的内容。确定民事责任的归责原则需考虑以下规则:合理性规则、公正性规则、可操作性规则和逻辑性规则。     

Dominance and Efficiency in Multicriteria Decision under Uncertainty

This paper proposes several concepts of efficient solutions for multicriteria decision problems under uncertainty. We show how alternative notions of efficiency may be grounded on different decision contexts, depending on what is known about the Decision Maker's (DM) preference structure and probabilistic anticipations. We define efficient sets arising naturally from polar decision contexts. We investigate these sets from the points of view of their relative inclusions and point out some particular subsets which may be especially relevant to some decision situations.     

论翻译文学批评———特殊性、批评标准与批评方法

翻译文学批评对于翻译文学来说,非常必要,但做起来非常困难。它与一般的文学批评有共通性,更有特殊性。它是跨越不同语言的文学批评,必须建立在语言学批评的基础上。一般的文学批评可以“得意而忘言”,翻译文学批评却应该是“言意兼顾”,应该将语言学批评与关学批评结合起来;细节批评与总体批评结合起来;特殊的批评角度与全面公正的评价结合起来。为此,翻译文学批评应该有一定的标准。对我国翻译文学而言,“信达雅”是基本标准,“神似”、“化境”可以作为最高标准。在批评方式方法上,对同一原作的不同译本的比较批评,即译本比较批评,在翻译文学批评中是一种重要的、行之有效的批评方式。     

Empirical information criteria for time series forecasting model selection

In this article, we propose a new empirical information criterion (EIC) for model selection which penalizes the likelihood of the data by a non-linear function of the number of parameters in the model. It is designed to be used where there are a large number of time series to be forecast. However, a bootstrap version of the EIC can be used where there is a single time series to be forecast. The EIC provides a data-driven model selection tool that can be tuned to the particular forecasting task.

We compare the EIC with other model selection criteria including Akaike’s information criterion (AIC) and Schwarz’s Bayesian information criterion (BIC). The comparisons show that for the M3 forecasting competition data, the EIC outperforms both the AIC and BIC, particularly for longer forecast horizons. We also compare the criteria on simulated data and find that the EIC does better than existing criteria in that case also.

A multivariate solution of the multivariate ranking and selection problem

The problem of selection of the best multivariate population is given a new formulation which does not involve reducing the populations to univariate quantities. This formulation's solution is developed for known, and (using the Heteroscedastic Method) also for unknown, variance-covariance matrices. Preference reversals and arbitrary nonlinear preference functions are explicitly allowed in this new theory     

ORDER SELECTION IN ARMA MODELS USING THE FOCUSED INFORMATION CRITERION

This paper develops a new approach for order selection in autoregressive moving average models using the focused information criterion. This criterion minimizes the asymptotic mean squared error of the estimator of a parameter of interest. Simulation studies indicate that the suggested criterion is quite effective and comparable to the Akaike information criterion, the corrected Akaike information criterion and the Bayesian information criterion in autoregressive moving average order selection. The use of the focused information criterion for the simultaneous selection of regression variables and order of the error process in a linear regression model with autoregressive moving average errors is also considered.
