网格聚类在多雷达数据融合算法中的应用

应用网格聚类的方法区分同一雷达接收的不同目标的观测数据,通过类间数据融合,实现同一目标不同雷达接收数据的融合,以便对多目标进行实时跟踪。研究了观测数据网格聚类的基本思想、形式化描述及算法实现,讨论了对机动目标跟踪的Kalman滤波方程及空管系统中易于计算的各参数矩阵理论依据及相应的初值。仿真结果表明,通过网格聚类能很好地区分不同目标,聚类后再进行跟踪融合更加准确。     

Strategic Cognition of Operations Executives

The nature of operations executives’ strategic cognition, as the antecedent to their choices about operations strategy, remains underexplored in the literature. This mixed‐methods study examines executives’ thinking about supply chain strategy through the lens of managerial cognition. Our qualitative study at a pharmaceutical distributor, which examined 25 executives’ outlook on the future of the turbulent U.S. healthcare sector and their suggestions for adapting the company's supply chain strategy to that future, suggests that an executive's strategic cognition can be defined by its regulatory focus—whether the executive envisions the future environment in terms of opportunities or threats—and the level of optimism in regards to the envisioned future. We propose a typology that predicts the strategic choices of operations executives based on four types of cognition: pioneering, pushing, protective, and provocative. It describes whether an executive's strategic choices target traditional or novel sources of revenue, and if they seek to influence either the firm's structure and practices or its environment. Our empirical test of the typology using quantitative data collected in a survey of senior operations executives supports the study's propositions associating three of the four types of cognition with their respective preferred strategic choices.     

法律制度、高管网络与外部审计监督

文章以2007至2013年中国A股市场上市公司为样本,实证检验了高管网络对外部审计监督(审计意见、审计收费)的影响.研究发现,企业高管网络规模越大,越有可能获得非标准审计意见,承担的审计费用越高.考虑到地区法律环境的差异,进一步研究发现,企业所在地区的法制越健全,高管网络与获得非标准审计意见可能性、审计费用的相关关系更强.研究检验了作为正式制度安排的法律制度对企业审计特征的影响,也探索了作为非正式制度安排的高管网络对其的作用机制,可为政府监管与公司治理结构优化提供参考.     

高管配置、非效率投资与内部控制关系--基于上市家族企业的经验证据

针对中国家族企业内部控制对投资效率的治理作用问题,以2010—2013年上市家族企业为研究样本,从内部控制这一视角出发,结合家族企业特征引入高管配置要素,将微观的内部控制与宏观的公司治理结合起来,系统考察企业的非效率投资与内部控制之间的关系。研究结果表明：在其他条件一定的情况下,内部控制能有效抑制企业的非效率投资,且对于高管集权的家族企业,这种抑制作用得到大大增强,反之则抑制作用不明显。此外,当高管由家族人员担任时,内部控制对非效率投资的抑制作用得到显著的提升,而当高管由非家族人员担任时,这种抑制作用并不显著。

管理学在中国实际上是有关中国社会科学自主性在管理学界的体现。随着中国社会经济的迅速发展和国家地位的提高,有关管理学地方性知识已成为中国管理学者必须认真考虑和对待的科学研究任务,但该门知识的科学化、规范化程度很低,尚停留在经验式的水准,所以应提倡对中国管理现象的研究,相应地需要改变现有的管理学学术研究制度和考核方式,鼓励中年尤其是青年研究者从事较为长期的研究工作。

What Would You Sacrifice? Access to Top Management and the Work–life Balance

This article is based on a current research, combining quantitative (human resources figures and statistics) and qualitative data (60 interviews with career managers, top managers and high potential talents, both men and women), conducted in a major French utility company on the subject of diversity and more specifically on the issue of women's access to top management positions. The main purpose of this research is to understand the difficulties women may encounter in the course of their occupational career linked to organizational aspects, including the ‘glass ceiling’ processes, informal norms related to management positions (such as time and mobility constraints) and social and cultural representations attached to leadership. The other perspective of this research focuses on the different strategies women and men build either to conform to the organizational norms or bypass them. The issue of work–life balance are therefore addressed both from a corporate/organizational standpoint and an individual and family perspective.     

对JFET顶、背栅电位稳定技术分析

在JFET作输入管的低噪声高精度运放中，为了进一步减小输入偏流，增大输入阻抗，可使顶、背栅分离，且仅以顶栅接片内的控制电路。本文主要对JFET背栅电平进行动态稳定控制的电路进行分析。     

OptorSim在安全数据网格复制策略中的应用

数据网格环境下,复制策略的优劣直接影响到整个网格资源的使用性能,鉴于复制策略对整个网格系统的重要性,该文利用OptorSim网格模拟器,通过构建仿真环境,根据仿真性能评估标准对不同的访问模式,不同数据网格复制策略的仿真数据进行了分析研究。具体研究了仿真软件的数据网格结构、复制策略、作业调度策略、访问模式以及它们对整个数据网格性能的影响。仿真结果表明该复制策略可以减小单个作业的系统开销和最大的利用计算单元。     

我国文化产品内容管理及管理人才素质培养

文化产业是社会主义文化事业的一部分，文化产品内容体系与功能目标具有社会主义特征。艺术熏陶、教育引导、心理塑造和情感愉悦是我国文化产品功能目标的实现形式，它们各具相应的管理原则和规范。当前我国文化产业管理的重要任务之一是加强产品内容管理的专业性，并积极弥补管理人才素质培养体系中存在的严重缺失。
