澳大利亚职业教育理念的借鉴与启发

以建构主义理论和多元智力理论为依据,职业教育课程模式中的新理念不断发展成熟。它提倡的是以学生为学习的主体,以学习技能为核心,以行业需求为导向的职教模式。它更强调学生合作学习,自觉、积极地参与教学活动,养成良好的综合职业能力。     

饭店总经理管理者角色理论的实证研究

运用明茨伯格的管理者角色理论对中国饭店业总经理角色进行了实证研究。研究内容主要包括分析我国饭店总经理对十个角色的重要度感知评价与他们实际工作中角色扮演之间的差异，以及不同层级总经理所扮演的管理者角色差异。研究结论是：饭店总经理认为相对重要的角色与实际角色扮演存在较大差异，且正副职总经理在实际角色扮演方面也存在差异。因此，对于饭店来说，要为总经理建立相应的角色标准；对于总经理来说，应明确自已的角色扮演，以减少工作中的角色冲突，更好地胜任工作。

专业市场经过多年的发展,竞争日益激烈,在新形势下各种矛盾逐渐显露,已经进入整合、分化、转型升级阶段,改造提升迫在眉睫。通过对某市专业市场经营户经营状况以及市场布局、管理水平、市场在当地知名度和美誉度等的调查结果的分析研究,有助于形成专业市场改造提升的方向、目标和整体思路。     

Sexuality,Boundaries, Professional Ethics,and Clinical Practice

Abstract

Gay male therapists often practice in milieus where it is virtually impossible not to have contacts with clients outside of the therapy room. The necessity of maintaining appropriate boundaries can be strained when client-therapist contacts occur in situations that are overtly or even potentially sexual. This Practice Note addresses professional challenges and various approaches to these situations while maintaining necessary therapeutic appropriateness.

Despite being caught between political censorship and market pressure, investigative journalism in China has exhibited persistent vibrancy over the last three decades. This report seeks to understand the driving force behind this phenomenon by exploring the demographic composition and the ways in which Chinese investigative reporters perceive their jobs. About 259 reporters from 73 media institutions in 18 provinces participated in this study. Compared to beat reporters, investigative reporters cherish the interpretive and populist mobilizing functions of the news media and belittle the entertainment and propaganda functions. The type and location of news organizations, rather than individual background factors, play dominant roles in shaping investigative reporters' professional values.     

“思政课”教师与辅导员专兼结合的制度创新

推进思想政治理论课教师与辅导员专兼结合的制度化、规范化、科学化，需要制度创新。以“大思想政治教育”理念为指引，建立健全协调统一的领导体制和整体联动的工作机制，优化岗位设置及其职责，创新专兼结合的形式，构建符合中国国情的有别于西方的大学生思想政治教育制度体系。     

职业体育运动中的反垄断问题

针对职业体育运动中的反垄断问题,指出职业体育运动作为一项产业,必然要受到反垄断法的规制。我国反垄断法没有对职业体育运动实施反垄断豁免。职业体育运动中的反竞争行为主要表现为资方卡特尔、滥用垄断地位、联合拒绝交易、并购、行政性垄断等。鉴于职业体育运动既竞争又合作的特性,反垄断法对这一领域竞争者之间的联合行为,应用合理原则进行分析。     

Therapeutic collaboration: Bridging the gap between statutory and therapeutic work

This paper will consider the clinical effectiveness of child and youth mental health workers and child protection workers employing a therapeutic collaborative model for practice when engaged with extremely at risk and vulnerable families. It will be argued that this approach has the potential to assist professionals work in a meaningful way that enhances therapeutic containment and subsequent engagement with families. The author will advocate for a model that does not demarcate statutory from psychological thinking. Indeed, such a split it is argued, promotes barriers that impede and fragment the helping process. Various examples will be discussed using this practice model, including the need for greater flexibility and professional goodwill across government and non-government agencies.     

The “Real Thing”

This article examined the value of using nonfiction graphic novels as historical narratives in the social studies curriculum. Preservice teachers evaluated several graphic novels and identified attributes of graphic novels that could contribute to students’ development of historical thinking and understanding of multiple perspectives. Despite the preservice teachers’ value for graphic novels as resources and their desire to use them in their future classrooms, all of the preservice teachers identified reasons why they would not be able to use graphic novels in their future school context. The findings suggested that the preservice teachers’ desire to be accepted by their school community took precedence over their intention to use resources that they deemed engaging and beneficial for student learning.
