食品质量安全中农业合作社的作用分析

农业合作社是实施农产品质量安全控制的有效载体，它可以成为农产品供应链上有效的结点组织，可以作为协助政府实施质量监管的重要组织形式。实践中，农业合作社在控制和维护食品安全、增加农户收入和提升农产品市场竞争方面显示出巨大的绩效。     

我国煤矿事故多发性和实现本质安全管理的研究

近年来煤矿事故多发。究其原因是由煤体结构的力学效应、煤矿三类行业经济社会发展的指标效应和煤矿企业管理组织人失职效应等方面引起的。因此,要实现煤炭相关行业的本质安全管理,就必须首先实现地质勘探、设计、建设和生产经营单位等本质安全。     

我国钢铁产业安全度测量的实证研究——以辽宁省为例

钢铁产业的安全问题一直是我国理论界和政府相关部门关注的重点。在对辽宁省钢铁产业安全问题进行实证研究的过程中发现,辽宁省钢铁产业基本上处于安全区域,但安全系数却在逐年降低,由此提出了相应的政策建议。

This article introduces the initial issue of the new Journal of Child Custody and lays the framework for an emerging field. To date there is no peer-reviewed journal dedicated specifically and only to issues related to child custody. Something has been missing in the field of child custody. The Journal of Child Custody provides the missing piece in the puzzle called child custody.     

The Selection of Targets for Organizational Interventions

The current article focuses on the selection of targets for organizational interventions. It is argued that OBM has had an excessive reliance on adherence to organizational rules and procedures (process) as the source of target behaviors. Some potential problems with this pattern are identified and alternatives suggested.     

Response Generalization in Behavioral Safety

Abstract

This paper details concerns with the potential misuse of the term “response generalization” in the behavioral safety literature. Stokes and Baer's (1977) technologies of generalization and the basic literature on response induction are used to make the claim. Ludwig and Geller's (2000) Journal of Organizational Behavior Management special issue describing their work with pizza delivery drivers is used as an example. The potential problems of non-technical use of language in a technological behavioral science are briefly discussed. Finally, Baer, Wolf, and Risley's (1968, 1987) criteria of applied behavior analysis are re-visited in this context in hopes of calling researchers of organizational behavior management to more closely align their work with the tradition of applied behavior analysis.

Poverty of Disability Households and Antipoverty Policies in the United States and Korea

This study compares the income of households with a disabled member to that of households without a disabled member in the U.S. and Korea using secondary analyses. It also compares the income of different subgroups by the types, number, and onsets of disabilities. Finally, it examines the effects on poverty of various income sources, including means-tested cash benefits for disability households.
