This article explores how a knowledge ecology framework can help us better understand the production of gender knowledge, especially in relation to improving gender equality. Drawing on Law, Ruppert, and Savage, it analyses what knowledge of gender inequality is made visible and actionable in the case of the UK screen sector. We show: (i) that the gender knowledge production for the UK screen sector operated with reductionist understandings of gender and gender inequality, and presented gender inequality as something that needed evidencing rather than changing; and (ii) that gender knowledge was circulated in two relatively distinct circuits, a policy‐ and practice‐facing one focused on workforce statistics and a more heterogeneous and critical academic one. We then discuss which aspects of gender inequality in the UK screen industry remained invisible and thus less actionable. The article concludes with a critical appreciation of how the knowledge ecology framework might help better understand gender knowledge production, in relation to social change in the UK screen sector and beyond.  相似文献

目前筛分设备大多笨重,价格较高而且不宜携带,缺乏专门针对物料制样的筛分设备。针对现存问题,设计一种用于制样的筛网倾斜式小型筛分装置,以单颗粒筛分理论为基础,对物料在筛网上的运动轨迹进行了数学推导。借用多体动力学软件ADAMS对物料在给定条件下的运动轨迹进行了仿真。通过研究发现,在筛面直径100 mm,电机转速960r/s,倾斜角度5°的实验条件下,物料从倾斜筛面高处落下后,可以在激振力作用下回到倾斜筛面高处,重复利用倾斜筛面进行筛分,达到预期设计目的。该研究成果可以弥补现有装置的不足,为后续相关研究提供参考。  相似文献

公共空间在当下信息时代被众多大屏幕所覆盖,物理空间迅速媒介化,造成了对公共空间中的个体受众的信息冲击,迫使个体受众不得不被迫接受不必要的信息。文章分析了公共空间对受众个体的交互作用,指出了公共空间中的大屏幕的空间污染问题,提出通过智能交互手段解决公共空间污染的方法;然后从情感交互通道入手,通过给智能大屏幕添加情感隐喻的方法,设计了具有情感表现的智能大屏幕,通过主动视觉表现弥补降低空间污染时对信息传播的损耗。  相似文献

While several elder abuse screens exist, few measure risk and none target long-term support services. The aims were to examine the psychometric properties of the Weinberg Center Risk and Abuse Prevention Screen (WC-RAPS), comparing approaches to modeling self-reported risk and abuse in relation to reported Adult Protective Services contacts. Methods: The sample (n = 7,035), admissions to managed long-term care (79%) and short-term rehabilitation (20%), was primarily (66%) female, with mean age 77.6 (SD = 9.10); 7% each were African American and Latino and 12% Asian. Latent variable models were used to examine measurement properties of six indicators of abuse and five of risk. Results: Good model fit and stable subscale measurement models were observed across analyses. Reliability was >0.80 across methods, and concurrent criterion validity estimates were as expected. Conclusion: Evidence supported the reliability and concurrent criterion validity of the risk and abuse subscales in an ethnically diverse cohort.  相似文献

This article aims to construct a new perspective for analyzing the recent omnipresence of screens, the diversity of images, and their impact on our daily lives. Because of the diversification of digitalized images today, research based on film and television studies is unable to grasp the fluid relationships among screen images, spaces, and the bodies of their audience, and important task for recent scholarship is to determine how to include these screen images in media and cultural studies. In response to this issue, this article seeks to reconstruct the concept of screen practice, guided by the perspectives of Jonathan Crary and Friedrich Kittler on media and practices; Koji Taki and Ai Maeda's historical research on Japanese modernity; and Erkki Huhtamo and Yussi Parikka's media archaeological perspectives for screen and visual culture. Although the notion of screen practice was originally proposed in the field of film history, it should be expanded for broader screen cultures as the sites at which scientific discourses and technologies act on the bodies of viewers. Taking the experiences of Japanese modernity as its subject, this is a critical issue, because at these sites we can find traces of dynamic negotiations between the circulation of science and media derived from Western modernity, and existing physical and cultural vernacular practices. Moreover, going back to the screen cultures at the end of the 19th century will make clear how the process of our contemporary media environment was formed.  相似文献

糖尿病已经成为世界范围内危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,对糖尿病的研究和治疗具有重要意义,本文首先建立并优化小鼠脂肪细胞糖尿病药物筛选模型,然后使用临床抗糖尿病药物对该模型进行考察,并对海糖平(H)和杉糖平(S)两种降糖新药进行了筛选。通过Western-blot法检测GLUT4(葡萄糖转运蛋白4)以确定药物的药效。结果表明,用临床抗糖尿病药物考察模型能客观反映该药物药效。在此模型上,对杉糖平和海糖平的各个馏分进行初步筛选,发现两种药物的一些有效成分。  相似文献

屏风是《花间集》中出现频率极高的道具,《花间》词人在忠实纪录这一现实生活环境的同时,构造出了一个颇具文学价值的词境——“屏内世界”。构成“屏内世界”的现实基础是当日屏风之形制与使用方式的历史本真状态;其艺术基础则是屏风图案所具有的深厚的历史与时代文化内涵。由此二者切入,对《花间》词文本所作的解读即富有原生态的意味。在原生态的视角下,可以清晰地发现《花间》词中“屏内世界”词境所独具的艺术特征,以及其对宋词词境所产生的深远影响。  相似文献
