基于分形理论的时尚商品价格预测问题研究

在研究时尚商品价格规律及影响因素的复杂性、不确定性的基础之上，提出了基于分形理论的时尚商品价格预测新方法。该方法首先运用重标极差法分析了时尚商品价格时间序列预测的可行性，然后根据分形统计模型，得到时尚商品历史价格时间序列的分形维数，通过不断增加新销售或预测得到新的记录方法，求得增加新记录后的新分形维数，由此可以预测出下一时间单位的商品销售价格。通过实例进行了方法检验和结果比较，取得了较为理想的预测结果，证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。     

武汉市房价与地价关系的实证研究

本文以武汉市2001年至2007年的商品房销售季度价格指数和土地交易季度价格指数为样本通过平稳性检验、协整关系检验和格兰杰因果关系检验,对房价和地价之间的关系进行了实证分析,得出了短期内房价和地价具有互动关系、长期内房价决定地价的结论。因此,要因地制宜地制定土地供给政策,以期达到统筹兼顾土地市场和房地产市场,促进各级市场之间良性互动和协同可持续发展的目标。     

商业银行服务质量测评模型研究

随着经济的发展和对外经济技术交流的加强,众多企业逐渐认识到了服务的重要性,开始通过各种方法提高企业的服务质量。本文通过对服务质量的理论研究和实践研究,建立了适合我国国情的商业银行服务质量测评模型。     

基于随机前沿方法的我国房地产上市公司X-效率分析

采用随机前沿方法，以色诺芬数据库中2000-2006年间34家中国房地产上市公司作为模型估计样本对我国房地产上市公司的X-效率进行研究，试图考察我国房地产上市公司的效率变迁状况。研究结果表明，我国房地产上市公司的经营绩效是逐年上升的，但5年平均的X-效率是0．599，我国房地产行业整体绩效依然偏低，其效率的提升空间非常大。     

Global Trade Models and Economic Policy Analyses: Relevance,Risks and Repercussions for Africa

Computable general equilibrium models are widely used for trade policy analyses and recommendations. There is, however, increasing discomfort with the use of these models, especially in Africa. This article demonstrates that the results of several such studies of the impact of trade reforms in Africa differ drastically in terms of both magnitude and direction, failing to take account of key features of African economies. It also outlines potential consequences of the misuse of CGE models for policy evaluation and suggests pitfalls to be avoided.     

After the Paris Declaration: Taking on the Issue of Power

The new approach to assisting developing countries inspired by the Paris Declaration emphasises greater recipient control over the funds provided, thus confining donors’influence to upstream points in the policy process, where political aspects of development co‐operation become more important. Understanding better the role that power plays in the aid relationship will be critical to the implementation of the Declaration. This article shows how the political science literature can inform this set of issues. It argues that an understanding of aspects of power illuminates the challenges involved in transforming relations between donors and recipient governments as well as between governments and civil society organisations.     

广东高校毕业生就业指导的现状分析与对策研究

文章分析了广东高校毕业生就业指导工作的现有状况,认为目前各高校就业指导部门的工作偏重于"就业安置",缺乏职业指导的理念,注重毕业生的就业率而忽视就业质量。为了转变这一局面,文章从政府和高校的两个方面提出了若干建议。     

Internet presence and historically black colleges and universities: Protecting their images on the World Wide Web?

This study examines how historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) use their home pages to present images of themselves. The home pages of 96 institutions were examined using content analysis. The findings suggest that HBCUs are not using their home pages to project a strong image. For example, less than 10% of these institutional home pages made mention of institutional rankings, and less than 20% made mention of students, athletics or faculty. The authors make suggestions for how HBCUs can better project institutional image with changes to home page content and design.     

翻译“信”度与语义的文化观照

翻译过程中的语义解析不能拘泥于字词之"信",必须观照超语言的文化元素,以实现对"信"度的准确把握。语义的内涵层面、社会层面以及搭配层面等都与源语或目的语国家的民族心理、思维习惯、历史典故、时代背景等文化因素紧密相关,只有将这些文化元素纳入语义解析的范畴,才能确保真正"信"于源语的翻译目标的实现。     

农户模型方法在实证分析中的运用——以中国加入WTO后对农户的生产和消费行为影响分析为例

农户模型方法是从微观层次的角度把农户的生产行为和消费行为结合起来,来系统分析各种政策和外界冲击对微观农户的生产、消费、市场供给等行为的影响一个工具。本文从理论和实证的角度对农户模型方法进行介绍,并构建了一个用于分析中国加入WTO对农户生产和消费影响的局部均衡模型。这个模型系统把农户的生产和消费行为结合在一起,而且这个模型也不同于别的模拟模型,它是建立在微观模拟的基础上的。
