现代信用风险度量模型的实证比较与适用性分析

本文通过实证比较分析发现,现代信用风险度量模型对银行贷款的违约率、贷款损失和损失率的预测结果的差异性较大;但信用监测模型和信用风险附加法所预测的经济资本配置比例不仅符合巴塞尔协议对银行贷款经济资本的要求,也略大于实际应该配置的比例,实证表明了它们对度量我国商业银行贷款组合的信用风险具有较好的适用性.此外,本文也充分验证了借款人信用等级的不同,银行贷款经济资本配置的比例会有显著性的差异.     

供应链绩效评价指标体系与评价方法研究

供应链管理(SCM)与现行企业模式有较大区别,其绩效评价指标体系的建立与评价方法也就有其特殊性,目前这方面的研究还略显不足。本文在综合分析现有的SCM评价指标体系的基础上,初步建立了一套适合我国SCM绩效评价的指标体系。同时,给出了SCM绩效评价的多级动态模糊综合评价方法。     

高新技术企业财务管理柔性研究

从系统的角度分析了高新技术企业财务管理的特点和不确定性,在此基础上提出了高新技术企业财务管理柔性的概念,构建了财务管理柔性、柔性净效益及其变动幅度的度量方法,运用预控图原理对财务管理柔性进行动态监控。应用实例表明,该方法易于操作,为财务管理柔性评价奠定了基础。     

低碳视角下农业生态补偿的激励有效性

运用多任务委托代理理论模型,从低碳视角分析了农业生态补偿契约中的激励关系,进而采用调研获取的微观农户数据对这一关系进行了实证检验。研究发现：政府主导的低碳农业生态补偿机制呈现出弱激励特性,主要原因在于农户进行低碳生产努力的经济价值未能显化,以及现行生态补偿机制所呈现的刚性特征。通过运用农业碳计量模型核算碳产品产量后发现,并非所有农业项目的经营都实现了碳汇量盈余,部分农户在低碳农业生产过程中出现了“搭便车”的现象,如此长期来看,农户逆向选择风险较大;因子得分结果显示农户在碳产品生产任务上的努力程度不高,代理人农户以低碳为目标的生产性努力缺乏有效激励,进而导致农户低碳生产态度与低碳生产行为发生了背离;农户低碳生产意识、态度、行为是农户低碳生产努力程度的显著影响因素,以低碳生产态度影响的重要程度最高。实现农业净碳汇效益经济价值的显化、提升农户低碳生产的积极性是强化农业生态补偿机制激励有效性的两条重要措施。     

高校教学秘书参与教学管理的角色研究综述——基于CNKI的计量统计分析

教学秘书是高校教学管理的基层参与者,在深化教学改革的进程中,教学秘书角色愈显重要。以计量学方法分析CNKI近十五年来教学秘书相关研究文献,了解到教学秘书参与教学管理的角色研究热度不高且近年呈逐年下降趋势;研究文献分布广泛但不均匀,集中于少数期刊,而且质量不佳;研究作者中存在高产群体,但核心群体还未形成;研究主题内容丰富,以教学管理为核心,探讨了教学秘书的角色作用、工作职责、素质能力要求,以及教学秘书队伍中存在的问题与如何加强队伍建设等方面,但研究深度不够。证明了教学秘书群体在教学管理工作中不可或缺却又不受重视的角色困境。     

It is risky business: can social capital reduce risk-taking behaviours among disadvantaged youth?

This study addresses the gap in the research for sound multidimensional assessment of social capital and its relationship with risk-taking behaviour among youths living in disadvantaged communities. Social capital and adolescent risk-taking outcomes were studied cross-sectionally in 1371 secondary students living in two disadvantaged communities within Australia. First, a multidimensional measure of social capital was developed and tested using confirmatory factor analysis. Then, the associations between social capital and a range of youth risk-taking behaviours were examined using structural equation modelling across five-year groups (Grades 7–12). With a few exceptions, higher levels of social capital and belongingness within the school and community were generally associated with decreases in smoking, alcohol and drug consumption, and physical violence. Some outcomes were more strongly associated with family and peer social capital, while others associated more with neighbour and community social capital, indicating that attempts to build social capital need to be targeted across the whole community. This study supports the notion that social capital can be measured empirically and is beneficial in alleviating many of the detrimental health outcomes commonly associated with risk-taking behaviours during adolescence.     

RESEARCHING RELATIONSHIPS FROM AN ATTACHMENT PERSPECTIVE: THE USE OF BEHAVIOURAL,INTERVIEW, SELF‐REPORT AND PROJECTIVE MEASURES

Having demonstrated its credentials as one of the more elegant and robust conceptualisations of human relationships, attachment theory has considerable relevance to social work. Attachment‐based research has flourished over the past few years and it now includes an impressive array of studies across the lifespan. This article considers four different measures used in attachment‐based research, although more discussion is devoted to interview and projective measures because they specifically embrace a psychodynamic approach in their design and analytic focus. The aim of the article is to provide a brief overview of each measure and to offer some illustrative examples using practice‐related material.     

A new confidence interval in measurement error model with the reliability ratio known

For the slope parameter of the measurement error model with the reliability ratio known, this article constructs a fiducial generalized confidence interval (FGCI) which is proved to have correct asymptotic coverage. Simulation results demonstrate that the FGCI often outperforms the existing intervals in terms of empirical coverage probability, average interval length, and false parameter coverage rate. Two examples are also provided to illustrate our approach.

Stakeholder Performance Measurement in Nonprofit Organizations

According to recent findings, nonprofit organizations should address the relationships of nonprofit service quality, satisfaction, loyalty, and organizational identification when planning and evaluating donor surveys. This article presents a donor satisfaction barometer that can be used to gain insights into the strength of these key relationships and thereby establish a basis for calculated relevant indices. With such indices, nonprofit organizations can compare stakeholder performance over time and benchmark themselves against other organizations. Data from 2,599 blood donors to one section of the German Red Cross, collected through the proposed donor satisfaction barometer, show that service quality drives satisfaction, and donor satisfaction and organizational identification both exert significant positive effects on donor loyalty. Therefore, nonprofit organizations should use a combined strategic approach that improves both donor satisfaction and organizational identification to increase donor loyalty. The successful application of the donor satisfaction barometer also suggests its value for other nonprofit industries and offers important insights for managers.
