当代文化批评语境中的"图像转折"

当今的后现代消费社会使得人们需要审美地来观赏甚至消费艺术作品,因此以图像为主要表现媒介的语像写作应运而生,这是一种历史的必然。语像写作可以满足广大读者/观赏者的审美需求,这就要求从事语像批评者必须具备更高的读图能力。语像写作及其批评的崛起,并不意味着人类文字表现能力的衰落,而是观赏阐释能力的提高。在新世纪的“后理论时代”,语像批评虽然处于边缘地带,但是它必定会和生态批评、性别批评、流散批评等新崛起的批评流派,共同组成理论批评的多元格局。由于中国有着象形文字的基础和读图的传统,因而语像写作及其批评在中国有着广阔的发展前景。     

对马克思经济学几个基本原理的探讨——谈《三论三别》随笔

为了对社会主义生产劳动等马克思经济学几个基本原理进行探讨,通过采用文献分析等方法加以归纳总结,就社会主义生产劳动、劳动价值理论与现实问题、分配与劳动价值理论等进行讨论,最终探讨了如何坚持和发展马克思经济学的问题。     

工业设计中的人文主义理念及其应用

本文通过对近年来工业设计的设计理念的发展轨迹与状况的梳理,针对工业设计领域内存在的脱离工业设计本质目的的设计趋向等若干弊端,提出了自己的一些看法。同时,文章对于当代工业设计理念在经济发展中起到愈加重要作用的发展前景作了初步探讨。学界和设计界少数人员背离工业设计发轫时期所提倡追求的以人为本的人文精神,应当引起我们的高度重视。     

Race Differences in Sexual Behavior and Their Demographic Implications

Differences between blacks and whites in sexual behavior posited in Rushton's theory of r-K race differences were examined in the United States in an analysis of the annual surveys of the National Opinion Research Center for 1990–1996. This data set was analysed for black-white differences in numbers of sexual partners during the last 5 years and for frequency of sexual intercourse. The general pattern of the results was for blacks to report more sexual partners than whites and for black males to report greater frequency of sexual intercourse, consistent with Rushton's theory. This result has implications for the control of the AIDS epidemic and for the demographic transition among blacks.

“理由”的概念与黑格尔的目的性本体论

自从古希腊哲学发韧，对于存在者之存在的本质的发问便被放置到对存在者之存在根据(理由)的探索之中。在理性本体论产生之后，事物存在的“理由”往往是从其合理性方面得到解释。这里知性形而上学与辩证法的立场是根本不同的。黑格尔对理性本体论的扬弃主要在于，旧的形而上学本体论实际上是一种“本质性的本体论”，而思辨哲学则是一种“目的性的本体论”。但它们都仍然属于本体论上的理由解释的层面。在本世纪哲学从认识论上的“理由”重新回到存在之本质的追问的总体思想语境之中，黑格尔的目的论思想再次显示出其特殊的意义。     

Reconciliation with the Utility of Chance by Elaborated Outcomes Destroys the Axiomatic Basis of Expected Utility Theory

Expected utility theory does not directly deal with the utility of chance. It has been suggested in the literature (Samuelson, 1952, Markowitz, 1959) that this can be remedied by an approach which explicitly models the emotional consequences which give rise to the utility of chance. We refer to this as the elaborated outcomes approach. It is argued that the elaborated outcomes approach destroys the possibility of deriving a representation theorem based on the usual axioms of expected utility theory. This is shown with the help of an example due to Markowitz. It turns out that the space of conceivable lotteries over elaborated outcomes is too narrow to permit the application of the axioms. Moreover it is shown that a representation theorem does not hold for the example.

Translation Strategies of C-E Business Contract From the Perspective of Functionalist Text Typology Theory

According to the functionalist text typology theory, there is no single absolute translation strategy, which can guide all translation activities. The core of the functionalist text typology theory in translation studies is that different types of texts require different translation strategies. This paper intends to bring forward three translation strategies on C-E business contract translation from the perspective of functionalist text typology theory.
