用音频图来分析几种竹笛演奏法

利用现有的竹笛练习谱例材料和演奏法及专业音乐录音棚里录下来的竹笛演奏采样文件（主要是音频效果图）来进行对比和分析,来说明和解释几种技巧练习的区别,以及在练习过程中应注意的问题、几种练习的效果对音乐作品带来的作用和重要性。     

论侦查阶段的和解撤案——宽严相济刑事政策统摄下的制度构建

以构建社会主义和谐社会为宏大背景,刑事和解成为当下刑事法领域研讨的热点问题之一。和解撤案是刑事和解制度的重要组成,是宽严相济刑事政策的有益实践,其积极意义直接而深远。在宽严相济刑事政策统摄下,科学地构建侦查阶段的和解撤案制度具有一定的可行性,也符合诉讼效率价值的合理诉求。其内容至少包括和解的适用范围、适用条件、适用程序与监督机制四个方面。     

A semiparametric method of multiple imputation

In this paper, we describe how to use multiple imputation semiparametrically to obtain estimates of parameters and their standard errors when some individuals have missing data. The methods given require the investigator to know or be able to estimate the process generating the missing data but requires no full distributional form for the data. The method is especially useful for non-standard problems, such as estimating the median when data are missing.     

《论语》:“载之空言”或“见之于行事”

孔子曾自道其方法论:"我欲载之空言,不如见之于行事之深切著明也。"——我与其空泛地谈论单纯的道理,不如切实地考察具体的事例,从而能把我对人伦世事的看法阐释得非常深刻且非常清晰。若依这一方法论来审视《论语》,则不难辨识其间既有一些能够"见之于行事"的内容,即有具体实例支持的论述,如"吾党直者"说;也有许多未能"见之于行事"的内容,即无具体实例支持的论述,如"讷近仁"说、"仁者不忧"说。前一内容因述说具体事例而处于一定语境中,故有较确定的含义。后者则因泛言抽象道理而超然于一定语境之外,故缺乏较确定的含义,很容易发生歧义,此亦是,彼亦是。若依这一方法论来比较《论语》与《春秋》、《传习录》、《圣经》,则也不难解读出一些意味深长的差异来。     

Local polynomial estimation of Poisson intensities in the presence of reporting delays

Summary.  The system for monitoring suicides in Hong Kong has considerable delays in reporting as the cause of death needs to be determined by a coroner's investigation. However, timely estimates of suicide rates are desirable to assist in the formulation of public health policies. This motivated us to develop a non-parametric procedure to estimate the intensity function of a Poisson process in the presence of reporting delays. We give closed form estimators of the Poisson intensity and the delay distribution, conduct simulation studies to evaluate the method proposed and derive their asymptotic properties. The method proposed is applied to estimate the intensity of suicide in Hong Kong.     

Attitudes of Palestinian pre‐school teachers from Israel towards reporting of suspected cases of child abuse and neglect

The paper documents a study conducted among 225 Palestinian pre‐school teachers from Israel. Data were collected through a self‐administered questionnaire that examined the teachers’ attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect. In general, the participants’ attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect to the child protection services (CPS) were more positive than their attitudes towards reporting to the police. Willingness to report suspected cases of child sexual abuse to the police and CPS was higher than willingness to report other types of child abuse and neglect. Inconsistent results were revealed with regard to how awareness of reporting regulations and awareness of signs and risk factors for child maltreatment affect willingness to report to CPS and to the police. A comprehensive discussion of the possible relevance of the participants’ socio‐cultural and sociopolitical values to their attitudes towards reporting child abuse and neglect is presented. The implications of the results for future studies are also discussed.

国际空难赔偿案件管辖权问题探究

随着航空运输迅速发展，国际空难赔偿案件日益增多，而每一起案件的解决都关系到管辖权问题。文章从区分国内空难案件与国际空难案件入手，对1929年华沙公约所规定的四种管辖权以及1999年蒙特利尔公约增加的第五种管辖权进行了分析，并在此基础上，探讨了中国法院确定国际空难赔偿案件管辖权的依据。     

Asymptotic posterior normality for multiparameter problems

For asymptotic posterior normality in the one-parameter cases, Weng [2003. On Stein's identity for posterior normality. Statist. Sinica 13, 495–506] proposed to use a version of Stein's Identity to write the posterior expectations for functions of a normalized quantity in a form that is more transparent and can be easily analyzed. In the present paper we extend this approach to the multi-parameter cases and compare our conditions with earlier work. Three examples are used to illustrate the application of this method.     

我国家事案件发展现状及诉讼程序的独立构建

家事案件包括我国最高人民法院所称的婚姻家庭案件、继承案件等有关身份关系的争讼案件,和以亲属身份为依据所发生的财产争议案件等.我国家事案件数量的绝对增长和家事案件在民事案件中的比例逐渐下降,是我国家事案件诉讼程序设立的社会现实.家事案件的特殊性、我国民事司法的历史和民事审判方式改革的现状等因素,都说明我国应建立独立的家事案件诉讼程序,家事案件的诉讼程序亦应进行改革,使之符合特殊的诉讼原则和诉讼法理.
