互动视角下构式压制和承继的合力机制——基于羡余否定构式“好不X”封闭语料库的研究

构式与其组构成分间的互动关系一直是构式语法关注的核心问题之一。Goldberg在构式语法理论框架中提出了动词与构式的双向互动观，但在实际论述中却过于强调构式对动词的单向压制，降低了动词义对构式生成的贡献，忽略了对构式组构成分的系统研究。以构式与其组构成分间的互动关系为视点，从构式压制与承继的辩证关系出发，进一步阐释图示构式生成是构式与组构成分在互动压制和多重承继合力作用下的结果。同时，基于封闭语料库穷尽分析汉语羡余否定构式"好不X"的特征，结果表明：构式压制与词汇压制是双向互动的；图示构式特征的形成取决于构式对其组构成分的多重动态承继；图示构式基于互动压制承继合力机制的形成。     

Generation Xers’ performance and development in midlife transition

Midlife transition is an inevitable process that every adult faces during his or her life. As Generation Xers move into middle age, the field of human resource development (HRD) should keep pace with the impact of this midlife transition on this cohort’s psychological and physical welfare and continuous development. An effective way to cope with midlife transition is to face it as an opportunity for change and self-actualization. Gender as well as physical and psychological changes are important factors in midlife transition. Organizations should understand the challenges of midlife transition and create a supportive environment for Generation Xers to cope with the changes. Specific suggestions for middle-aged Generation Xers and HRD professionals are provided in this article, as well as implications and recommendations.     

激光喷丸参数对304不锈钢表面性能的影响

为了研究喷丸能量密度和喷丸搭接率等工艺参数对304不锈铜表面性能的影响,采用激光喷丸冲击强化的方 法,用X射线衍射方法检测了试样表层的相组成,用显微硬度计测量了试样表层的显微硬度。结果表明,304不锈铜经 过激光喷丸处理后,表层组织没有发生明显的马氏体相变,表层硬度得到提高,随着喷丸能量密度和搭接率的增加,表层 硬度有增大的趋势。     

Likelihood estimation for a general class of inverse exponentiated distributions based on complete and progressively censored data

In this paper, we establish the existence and uniqueness of the maximum-likelihood estimates of the parameters of a general class of inverse exponentiated distributions based on complete as well as progressively Type-I and Type-II censored data.     

Robustness to non-normality and autocorrelation of individuals control charts

This paper studies the effects of non-normality and autocorrelation on the performances of various individuals control charts for monitoring the process mean and/or variance. The traditional Shewhart X chart and moving range (MR) chart are investigated as well as several types of exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) charts and combinations of control charts involving these EWMA charts. It is shown that the combination of the X and MR charts will not detect small and moderate parameter shifts as fast as combinations involving the EWMA charts, and that the performana of the X and MR charts is very sensitive to the normality assumption. It is also shown that certain combinations of EWMA charts can be designed to be robust to non-normality and very effective at detecting small and moderate shifts in the process mean and/or variance. Although autocorrelation can have a significant effect on the in-control performances of these combinations of EWMA charts, their relative out-of-control performances under independence are generally maintained for low to moderate levels of autocorrelation.     

城镇化背景下大遗址管理体制的突破与困境

对大遗址管理而言,我国正稳步推进的城镇化既是机遇,也是挑战。为回应这些机遇或挑战,“十一五”前后我国从中央到地方采取了一系列措施,以寻求大遗址管理体制中管理架构和机构的部分突破。这些突破对大遗址保护已经或正在产生积极影响,但也面临着政策不具普适性、无法根除原管理框架痼疾等困境。促成大遗址保护需求与规划的衔接、引入社会力量参与大遗址管理,是突破困境的重要手段。     

论《镜花缘》中科幻小说之特色

清代长篇小说《镜花缘》的内容丰富多彩,其类属和特点也比较多样。鲁迅说它属博物小说,才艺小说;胡适称它为妇女问题小说,女权小说,等等。此外,小说还描写了一些精彩的科幻故事,包括科幻植物如人吃一颗饱一年的巨米,人吃了能蹿高的蹑空草,长效久饱干粮救荒豆末;包括科幻器物如人穿上能长时间潜水的皮衣皮裤,能连续高速开火的火绳枪—连珠枪,能载人载货飞行的飞车;包括科幻技术,如人能近地但不触地地行进,换心补肺的医术。文章从科学、文学、历史几方面对上述科幻故事进行了考察、解读、诠释、分析、评论,研究总结出：《镜花缘》也具科幻小说之属性和特点,是我国第一部也进行了科学幻想文学创作的长篇小说。     

论《埤雅》声训推源

《埤雅》以声符释义贯穿全书，偶有穿凿附会之处。书中广泛运用声训之法，力求阐释事物命名之意，对声训推源进行了有益的探索，具有一定的科学性与进步性。     

企业社会责任的价值相关性研究述评

以往企业社会责任的价值相关性研究的结果显示,两者间的关系是模拟两可的、矛盾的和不确定的。本文在归纳和分析国内外相关研究的多样化结果及其产生原因的基础上,从引入中介变量、考虑时间跨度和解构社会责任三个角度梳理该领域研究的新发展,并提出目前研究中急需进一步解决的问题,为未来研究提供方向性的指引。     

论鲜卑段部的源流和兴衰

段部出于东部鲜卑,其远祖为先秦时期的屠何,早期活动于徒河地区,北朝时段部与慕容部、乌桓又同称为徒何。段部的兴衰与晋末十六国时期的政局变化有着密切关系,段部与司马越、王浚结援,在司马越当政之时而走向强盛,随着司马越集团的败亡及临敌石赵、慕容燕的崛起而逐渐走向衰亡。同时,段部的兴衰也对晋末十六国政局产生了很大影响。
