Monitoring and evaluation of loveLife's AIDS prevention and advocacy activities in South Africa, 1999–2001

loveLife is the largest effort ever launched in South Africa to change adolescent sexual behaviour with the aim of reducing the rate of HIV infection among 15–20 year olds by 50%, reducing other STIs, and reducing the incidence of teenage pregnancy. loveLife combines high-powered media awareness and education, development of adolescent-friendly reproductive health services, and outreach and support programmes. The 5-year research and evaluation plan includes a multi-year comprehensive observational study, tracking change in a range of behavioural indicators and in sexual health outcomes. In its first 2 years, loveLife reached more than 4 million youth. Sixty-two percent of youth and 59% of their parents/guardians recognize the brand, while the vast majority of parents (97%) and youth (89%) exposed to loveLife, identified loveLife as being positive. Challenges in the next years are the continued roll out of the programme, and the development of institutional support and behaviour change.     

青年干部院校学生思想状况调查与分析

调查显示，青年干部院校学生主流健康向上，政治上积极要求进步，价值取向上协调并重，成才需求强烈，注重提高综合素质。但也存在着诸如人生价值目标过于实效，心理承受能力较弱，社会公德意识淡漠，审美情趣错位等问题。目前，学生日益增长的精神文化需求与匮乏的文化娱乐设施等矛盾已成为制约青年院校学生教育与管理工作的瓶颈。因此，树立全新的教育管理理念，加快青年干部院校基础设施建设，全面打造青年干部院校的文化特色，是青年院校学生教育与管理工作面临的紧要任务。     

共青团围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的百年历程及基本经验

作为党的助手和后备军,中国共产主义青年团紧跟党的步伐,围绕党的中心任务,走过了百年辉煌历程。百年来,共青团坚持党的领导,将党领导团正确的方针政策落到实处;坚持改革,不断增强团围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的能力;教育引导青年,重视青年在革命、建设、改革中的作用,在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期、新时代中国特色社会主义建设时期都作出了重要贡献。未来建设中,共青团要不断突出政治性,增强先进性,保持群众性,巩固、夯实、筑牢其围绕党的中心任务而奋斗的领导基础、政治基础和青年群众基础。     

理路与实践：马克思主义大众化传播的高校担当

传播马克思主义是高校光荣历史传统和重要时代使命。高校具有马克思主义社区传播的独特时空、主体及资源优势,基层社区是高校传播和践行马克思主义,师生深入“社会大课堂”和“将论文写在祖国大地”的重要场域。本案例HN大学青年理论社团精准对接基层社区开展马克思主义传播实践的创新经验是校地同构的街道“一体两翼多元四联”传播共同体,共辟全域协同传播阵地,共享立体多维传播资源。案例的启示是要提升高校对基层社区的马克思主义传播力和影响力,树立传播责任意识是前提,建设传播服务团队是根本,完善传播激励机制是关键,提供精准长效传播服务是方向。     

品牌延伸:资产价值转移与理论模型创建

本文通过对品牌延伸(Brand Extension)的研究综述和实证研究,提出决定品牌延伸的三大因子,并在此基础上构成品牌资产价值(Brand Asset Value),进而研究其在品牌延伸过程中的价值转移,从而构成了评估品牌延伸成败的标准,最终将各种因子和评估标准进行整合,提出了品牌延伸的理论模型。     

What does wellbeing do? An approach to defamiliarize keywords in youth studies

Wellbeing has become a keyword in youth and social policy, a construct deployed as a measure of a good life. Often associated with physical and mental health, wellbeing encompasses numerous indicators, from subjective experiences of happiness and satisfaction to markers of economic prosperity and basic human needs of security. This article examines wellbeing as an organizing concept in discourses on young people and argues for defamiliarizing its truth claims and cultural authority by investigating what wellbeing does. We begin by examining the rise of wellbeing, drawing attention to its conceptual muddiness and ambiguity. Framed by the Foucauldian notion of problematization, the analysis proceeds along two routes: first, through an historical consideration of wellbeing as a relational concept with antecedents, focusing on ‘self-esteem’; and second, through a reading of wellbeing in contemporary educational policy. Informed by Somers' historical sociology of concept formation and Bacchi's critical policy analysis, we illuminate the mixed dimensions of wellbeing's reach, placing it within longer traditions of youth studies and psy-knowledges and showing its transformative promise as well as its individualizing effects. In doing so, we elaborate a methodological approach that can be adapted to examine other keywords in youth studies and social policy discourse.     

浅析《爱弥儿》中的青年社会交往观

卢梭在《爱弥儿》一书中,通过对青年爱弥儿的道德教育的论述表达了他关于青年社会交往的观点。《爱弥儿》中的青年交往观主要包括青年社会交往的必要性、青年社会交往的基本原则以及青年在社会交往中的具体行为表现等内容。卢梭的青年社会交往观以自然主义教育思想为基础,虽然带有一定的空想性,且主要针对的是18世纪的法国社会现实,有其时代局限性,但对于现代青年社会交往仍具有重要启示意义,特别是青年参与社会交往必须遵循一定的原则,青年社会交往应讲求一定的艺术和方法等观点值得加以借鉴和参考,使其对现代青年社会交往发挥指导作用。
