作家的人格是其作品风格的内在因素 ,往往决定着其作品的风格。我们在研究作品风格的时候 ,不能不关注作家的人格。只有对作家的人格进行全面深入的审视 ,才能更准确地理解和把握其作品的风格。探讨陶渊明的人格魅力及其特征 ,是深入研究陶渊明作品风格的至关重要的途径。从陶渊明的作品中 ,从他的言行中 ,我们可以领悟到他的情趣和胸襟 ,领悟到一种具体的人格。陶渊明自然率真平和旷达的个性特征构筑了他的诗化人格 ,即未经世俗异化的高尚贞洁的人格。这种人格的内在思想根源是自然化迁的宇宙观和委运自然的人生观。这种人格的外在表现形式是他任真自得和固穷守节的行为方式。他的作品中常见的酒与菊、孤松、孤云与归鸟等艺术形象组成了陶渊明诗化人格的象征系列     

从"唐人选唐诗"看王昌龄在唐代诗坛地位的变迁

“唐人选唐诗”录王昌龄诗歌作品的情况反映出唐代不同时期人们对王昌龄诗歌接受态度及其在唐代诗坛地位的升降变迁。总体而言 ,昌龄因其五言古诗对盛唐诗风的开拓之功而受到当时选家普遍重视 ,有“诗家夫子”之称 ,中唐以后选家则独重昌龄七言绝句 ,虽以“七绝圣手”誉之 ,但其诗歌地位已非显著。文章同时指出 ,作为古代诗歌批评的一种特殊形态 ,唐诗选本所蕴含的诗学价值应受到重视 ,成为唐诗学研究的一个方向     

大中城市城郊失地农民的现状调查分析（I）

随着中国城市化进程的加快，在社会主体层面上直接表现为农民身份向市民身份的嬗变和转型。基于此背景，结合对某地区失地农民的120份调查问卷分析，从失地农民主体角度探讨他们对失地农民这一强制性身份的认同程度及其影响因素。研究发现，健全的社会保障体系、稳定工作和收入、城市生活方式及思想观念等3个因素最终影响着失地农民的身份认同。其中健全的社会保障体系、稳定工作和收入、城市生活方式及思想观念对失地农民身份认同起着不可替代的作用，且由大到小影响着失地农民的身份认同。     

斡旋受贿犯罪立法的反思与重构——以《联合国反腐败公约》为视角

我国《刑法》规定的斡旋受贿犯罪是受贿罪的一种特殊表现形式。刑法学界对于斡旋受贿犯罪的独立性及其构成要件等问题一直争论不休,究其原因,主要是我国斡旋受贿犯罪立法本身存在诸多问题。因此,应借鉴《联合国反腐败公约》有关影响力交易罪的规定,对我国斡旋受贿犯罪立法进行重新审视,并对之加以重构。     

论朝鲜美学论的形成及其特色

朝鲜很早就接受了中国文学。包括文学美学理论。朝鲜对中国文化的接受，促进了朝鲜古典美学理论的形成和发展。朝鲜古代文人对中国文学的接受。不是盲目的和无条件的。他们的接受意识比较明确，是以透彻的民族主体意识和文化意识为基础。中国古代美学理论传播到朝鲜之后，广泛地受到了选择、分析和评价，经过了“变形”的过程。所以，美学理论的价值和意义并非一成不变．而是处于不断改变的过程中。     

穆木天对巴尔扎克的接受与传播

穆木天作为译介巴氏长篇小说的第一人,多方位地传播与接受了巴尔扎克。他翻译的19部小说,让读者走进了巴氏的文学天地;他对作品的深入解读为受众了解巴尔扎克提供了导向,为批评界的进一步探讨奠定了基础;他在大学课堂中对巴尔扎克的讲解,为传播的路径拓宽了空间;他在文学思想中对巴尔扎克的认同,为我国文学的发展提供了辅助。可以说,穆木天为我国接受巴尔扎克搭起了一座桥梁。     

新时代背景下幼儿教师对问题儿童接纳态度的探讨分析

学前教育是基础教育中的重中之重,幼儿教育中的问题儿童是幼儿园教育过程不可避免和忽视的一个特殊群体,而幼儿教师对问题儿童的接纳态度是其进行其他教学活动的重要因素。本研究试图通过分析西藏自治区拉萨市幼儿教师队伍的构成状况、幼儿教师目前薪资水平、社会地位这三个因素,探讨其对问题儿童接纳态度的影响,并提出相关对策与建议。     

Relations Between Alphabetized Name Order and Nomination Counts in Peer Nomination Measures

Peer nominations, a central method for measuring peer relationships in developmental research, typically involve asking children or adolescents to choose peers who fit various criteria from an alphabetized roster of classmates or grade‐mates. Although such measures have been used for decades, very little research has investigated the effects of alphabetical name order on the number of nominations received by peers. This study collected peer nominations for 20 items among 607 eighth grade participants in two schools. Regression analyses showed that earlier name order significantly predicted higher nomination counts for eight of the items, and explained over 5 percent of the variance in four affective variables (friendship, acceptance, acquaintanceship, and received liking). Across variables, name order effects were negatively correlated with internal reliability of nominations, implying that order effects may be related to the consensus of the peer group. Name order also had a minimal effect on inter‐correlations among a subset of variables. Implications and concrete recommendations for controlling and reducing name order effects in future research are discussed.     

Generating recognition,acceptance and social inclusion in marginalised youth populations: the potential of sports-based interventions

In recent years sport-based interventions have been implemented as a mechanism via which to target marginalised youth in relation to the development of social inclusion. Much of the political rhetoric surrounding social inclusion programmes highlights engagement with education, employment, or training, as key metrics. This has led some scholars to observe that conceptualising social inclusion in this way can act to further marginalise young people who fail to engage with these metrics. In contrast, this paper seeks to employ an alternative understanding of social inclusion, which uses the concepts of recognition and acceptance, to infer how participation in sports-based programmes may enable marginalised youth to meet mainstream societal expectations and aid with social assimilation. Drawing upon findings from two small-scale studies of sport-based interventions located in three UK cities, this paper places participant accounts at the centre of the analysis to explore broader notions of pro-social development in relation to recognition and interpersonal acceptance. The paper concludes by suggesting that within contexts in which young people are able to generate strong interpersonal relationships with key personnel (such as coaches), and which are built upon trust, recognition and developing self-worth, there is clear potential for sport-based programmes to incubate social assimilation.     

Predictors of Heterosexual Siblings’ Acceptance of Their Lesbian Sister or Gay Brother

Research has shown that lesbian and gay (LG) individuals are coming out not only to their parents, but also to their siblings. Eighty percent of individuals in the United States are raised with one or more siblings; however, researchers have frequently underestimated the importance of the sibling bond. This study examined potential correlates of heterosexual siblings’ acceptance of their LG sister or brother using an online survey format (N = 189). In addition, psychometric properties for the Acceptance of Sibling Sexual Orientation Scale are provided. Results revealed that greater sibling relationship quality in adulthood, more contact with LG individuals, greater knowledge of LG communities, more support for LG civil rights, and various demographics (being female, having higher educational levels, not having an orthodox/fundamentalist religious orientation, less church attendance, and more liberal political ideology) are related to heterosexual siblings’ acceptance of their LG sister or brother. However, when these variables were examined together in a regression model, only sibling relationship in adulthood, contact with LG individuals, support for LG civil rights, and religious attendance were significant unique predictors of acceptance.
