地方院校研究生扩招现状及对策分析

通过分析地方院校研究生扩招所带来的积极影响和消极影响,提出地方院校研究生扩招必须适应社会进步的历史要求,把握社会、经济、文化发展的客观规律;国家和主管部门在制定招生计划时要依据招生单位的培养能力,动态调整招生计划.     

试论扩招背景下高校图书馆读者服务工作的潜能开拓

在高校大规模扩大招生数量的背景之下,在图书馆图书数量、建筑面积一时难以达到要求的具体情况下,提高读者服务质量、充分挖掘高校图书馆读者服务工作潜能需要在以下几方面用力:为考级考研学生开设专架和专室、办好相关专栏;针对学校重点学科建设开设专架或专室,实行专人管理和学科馆员的个性化服务;提高服务人员的专业素质和业务能力。

英语专业四、八级考试对英语教学的反馈--兼谈扩招后高校英语专业教学问题与对策

1997至2002年,英语专业四级统考全国平均总分和平均及格率呈现不断提高的趋势,八级统考全国平均分成绩较稳定,全国平均及格率也呈现不断提高的趋势,这反映了基础阶段和高年级阶段的教学质量稳步提高.然而,2003年四、八级的成绩有所下降,开始显示出扩招给英语教学质量带来一定的冲击.为防止教学质量进一步下滑,我们必须备好对策.     

Homogeneity of Two Straight Lines: Equivalence Approach Using Fitted Regressions

The paper examines the homogeneity of a pair of straight lines, regarded as the expected values of two different linear regressions, from an equivalence point of view. This seems more appropriate than the usual testing of the null hypothesis of homogeneity when the aim is to establish that the lines are close to homogeneous. Upper confidence bounds on the maximum difference between the lines are based on the usual least squares regression estimators, assuming normal distributions. These bounds are constructed for fixed points, or over a fixed interval, and it is concluded that the lines are 1-homogeneous if the bounds are not greater than 1: Also, intervals are constructed over which the lines are concluded to be 1-homogeneous.     

高知大龄未婚女性的婚恋问题浅析

在男女性别比居高不下。男性人口远远高于女性人口的当今中国,却出现了高知大龄未婚女性婚恋难问题,这一奇特的社会现象引起人们广泛的关注和热议。本文认为高知大龄未婚女性婚恋问题主要源于“结构性剩余”,在对高知大龄未婚女性婚恋难问题已有的多角度理论研究回顾的基础上．主要从人口与经济的视角对高知大龄未婚女性“结构性剩余”现象的原因进行深入发掘。最后提出一些解决问题的举措。     

稻壳膨化粉栽培毛木耳试验

试验和推广应用的结果表明，用膨化谷壳粉与棉籽壳、玉米芯、木屑作培养料，按10～20：20～30：20～30：20～30的比例混合栽培毛木耳，风干耳率达20．00％～24．85％，烘干耳生物学效率（BE％）为18．00％～19．86％，与棉籽壳、玉米芯、木屑按1：1：1的比例混合的常规配方的产量差异不显著，干耳产量高，优质耳片率高，料成本可降低0．10～0．20元／袋，经济效益提高0．15元／袋。表明可以选用膨化谷壳作为商业化栽培毛木耳的一种主要原料。商业化栽培毛木耳的培养料不需添加有机氮源，如玉米粉、麸皮、米糠等；亦可不加磷肥、石膏、碳酸钙等无机肥料。     

电子商务英语翻译中语义和文体信息的对等传递

美国翻译理论家Nida和Larson各自提出了翻译中的信息传递模式,Nida模式较重视表层结构研究,而Larson模式较重视深层结构研究,如何结合两者优点实现源语和译语在语义和文体信息上的对等传递,值得探讨。通过对电子商务英语词汇和句式特征进行分析,指出电子商务英语翻译只有掌握其语言特点,才能达到忠实性、地道性和一致性。为了实现语义信息的对等传递,基于奈达动态对等功能理论提出了电子商务英语翻译中四种语义信息传递模式（契合式、平行式、冲突式、借代式）;为了实现文体信息的对等传递,基于平行结构理论提出名词短语三种扩展性形式（分层递进式、意群组合式、平行排列式）。电子商务英语翻译时,这些语义信息传递模式和名词短语扩展性形式在实现语义和文体信息对等传递中都有其实践运用价值。     

Application of Multivariate Analysis to Increase the Yield of Dry Cell Batteries

In an organization, the manufacturing process of a dry cell battery was suffering from the problem of frequent stoppages in the assembly line. The complete battery manufacturing operation is highly automated and mechanized. It was suspected that excessive variation in overall height of bobbin was the major reason for such stoppages. The bobbin, the inside part of a dry cell battery acting as cathode, is formed by the battery extrusion process. A planned experiment was carried out on the extrusion process that identified the setting of extrusion machines and the amount of water content in the cathode mixture as the parameters causing variation in the bobbin characteristics. The problem of frequent stoppages was eliminated when appropriate action was taken on these two parameters. Finally, multivariate and univariate control schemes were developed for online control of the bobbin characteristics.

文章对扩招形势下研究生德育工作特点进行了分析和研究,指出了高校原有研究生德育工作模式存在的不足,提出了一种新的研究生德育工作两级管理模式.并以合肥工业大学为例,从工作体制、队伍建设、工作机制三个方面详细阐述了所提出两级管理模式的具体内容.
