高校哲学社会科学研究评价的本质要求及其制度建设

建设具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的哲学社会科学,一直是我国哲学社会科学繁荣发展的根本目的.提升高校哲学社会科学繁荣发展水平,离不开科学有效的哲学社会科学研究评价.坚持党的领导、"二为"方向和"双百"方针是哲学社会科学繁荣发展的根本保障,坚持"质量为本"和"创新至上"是哲学社会科学繁荣发展的必然要求,坚持科学权威和公开透明是哲学社会科学研究评价的现实需要.结合当前高校哲学社会科学研究评价中"量化评价下数量与质量的关系论辩","学术评价与科研管理评价的边界异化"和"学术权力和行政权力的制度规制"三大问题聚讼,文章建议通过强化学术成果质量保障机制、优化学术共同体工作机制、构建学术争鸣长效机制和完善学术成果转化应用机制等制度建设,推动构建科学权威、公开透明的哲学社会科学研究评价体系,以期进一步改善新时代高校哲学社会科学研究评价工作.     

正确坚持新闻指导性原则

社会主义市场经济条件下 ,作为党、政府和人民的耳目喉舌的新闻媒体 ,仍然必须牢牢坚持新闻指导性原则 ,这是由我国无产阶级新闻事业的基本性质所决定的 ,是新形势下广大受众政治、经济生活的迫切需要。为了不断增强指导效果 ,新闻媒体当前主要应从以下几方面改进指导方法 :改变指挥命令的做法 ,在服务中增强指导性 ;力戒图解政策 ,通过深入实际、反映实际增强指导性 ;防止片面性、简单化 ,以客观、全面、辩证的方法增强指导性     

高校全程就业指导模式构建研究

目前高校就业指导现状已不适应高等教育和社会发展的需要。本文以心理测量指导、职业生涯设计指导、学业指导、择业指导、创业指导、升学指导六大指导为主线建构全程化的就业指导模式,全程就业指导就是从大学一年级开始,根据职业指导理论和大学生发展阶段,对大学生分年级、分阶段,结合学生共性与个性,提供全程化就业指导,以实现双向选择、人职匹配和职业目标。     

Efe fathers: one among many? A comparison of forager children's involvement with fathers and other males

The study reported describes Efe (pygmy) forager one-, two-, and three-year-olds' involvement with males. The Efe of northeastern Zaïre were chosen because their social organization allows us to examine hypotheses based on studies in Western, technologically complex societies about the distinctive role fathers play in the lives of their young children. Behavioral observations of Efe children's day-to-day activities with fathers, men and boys were recorded using a focal subject sampling technique (Altmann, 1974). Two behavioral measures were created to capture the extent to which males were involved with children: Social engagement describes males' involvement with children and social attention describes eavesdropping by children on males' everyday activities. Eight one-year-olds, 7 two-year-olds and 8 three-year-olds were each observed for six, one-hour observation sessions that were distributed evenly over the daylight hours. Data were analyzed using the traditional measure of involvement (e.g., adult males) and using a newly developed measure of the involvement of the average individual (e.g., average adult mate). Comparisons at each of the ages showed that fathers were consistently like other men in the extent to which children participated in social activities with them and watched their activities. Only fathers' level of social engagement declined significantly as children grew older. Boys' role relative to other males became increasingly distinctive as children aged. The findings suggest that Efe fathers may not be unique in the same sense assumed by Western study ideals, and raise questions about the special status given to fathers in Western theory and data. The patterning of mate involvement with children is discussed in terms of Efe community life, and in terms of Efe children's developing understanding of their relationship with fathers and other males.

政府部门与企业同属社会公共组织,两者的绩效评估具有可比性。政府绩效评估和企业绩效评估可以相互借鉴:政府绩效评估可以借鉴企业绩效评估的评估技术、价值导向、评估方法;政府绩效评估可以引导企业绩效评估关注企业的社会责任。     

大学生学习观现状及其改革与对策

正确的学习观,既对大学生的知识学习和能力培养有重要的指导作用,也对促进学校的教育、教学改革和做好学校的学生教育与管理工作具有积极的意义。这里针对目前大学生学习观的现状进行分析,并就其主要问题和产生这些问题的原因进行探讨,进而阐释了引导大学生改革学习观的必要性,提出了用全面性、自主性、选择性、创造性、终身性的学习理念来引导大学生的学习,使大学生树立正确学习观。     

从第二语言教学谈语言教学与文化的关系

汉外文化差异会直接影响对外汉语教学效果,因此语言教学必须与文化教学紧密结合,不可分割,否则会影响交际,甚至引起文化冲突。本文以汉俄两种语言对比为例,论述了汉外文化差异及其将文化导入语言教学的方法。     

The Impact of Taking Parental Leave on Fathers’ Participation In Childcare And Relationships With Children: Lessons from Sweden

In Sweden, government-mandated paid parental leave has been available to both mothers and fathers since 1974. By 2006, each parent had two non-transferable leave months and nine additional months to share. From the beginning, parental leave was presented as a policy designed to promote gender equality, with women and men having equal opportunities and responsibilities to contribute economically to the family and care for children. Sweden thus provides a unique setting to explore whether social policy can be an important instrument for changing the gender contract. Analysing survey data from 356 fathers working in large private companies, we found that the amount of parental leave days taken had positive effects on several aspects of fathers’ participation in childcare and on their satisfaction with contact with children, controlling for other factors contributing to fathers’ participation in childcare. Our findings suggest that the full potential of Sweden's parental leave policy for degendering the division of labour for childcare will not likely be met until fathers are strongly encouraged by social policy to take a more equal portion of parental leave.     

和谐社会建设中低收入群体社会心态的引导与调适

良好的社会心态既是构建社会主义和谐社会的一种内在要求，也是和谐社会建设的重要心理资源。在社会转型时期，由收入差距扩大引起的不公平感和社会生活中的焦虑感，使低收入群体遭受到物质和精神上的双层困扰，并产生政治上的冷漠心态和信仰上的迷茫，为此，需要在社会意识领域做好教育疏导工作，更要在社会存在领域做好良好社会心态的强本固基工作。     

幼儿父母的教养行为与对子女控制感的关系

研究表明:幼儿家长在教养活动中同时运用支持、惩戒和溺爱三种教养行为,但三种行为在其全部教养行为中所占比例不同,支持行为最多,惩戒和溺爱行为较少;家长的支持教养行为与其对子女的控制感呈正相关,而惩戒和溺爱行为则与控制感呈负相关.
