城市再生水回用探析——以邯郸市为例

精致化纸浆模塑制品及关键制备工艺参数优化

为制备精致化纸浆模塑制品并研究关键加工工艺参数对其平滑度、光泽度的影响,以牛皮纸二次纤维为原料,在 全自动纸浆模塑机组上进行实际生产操作试验,用sPss软件进行极差分析和重复方差分析,对关键加工工艺参数进行 分析优化,得出较优的工艺参数为：打浆度25。SR、施胶剂用量1.5%、热压整型温度110℃和压力5 MPa。各参数影响 的主次顺序为：热压压力>打浆度>施胶剂用量>热压温度。研究表明提高热压压力,增加施胶剂用量,调节打浆度和 热压温度均可提高纸浆模塑制品的平滑度和光泽度     

An environmental life cycle optimization model for the European pulp and paper industry

Will paper recycling reduce the environmental impact of the European pulp and paper sector? If so, is maximal paper recycling the best policy to optimize the life cycle of the pulp and paper sector? We explore these questions using an approach that combines materials accounting methods and optimization techniques. Environmental impact data are inputs for a linear programming network flow model to find optimal configurations for the sector. These configurations consist of a mix of different pulping technologies, a geographical distribution of pulp and paper production, and a level of recycling consistent with the lowest environmental impacts. We use the model to analyse scenarios with different recycling strategies. Recycling offers a reduction in environmental impact in regions with a high population and a large production of paper and board products. Regions with a large production of graphic products should focus on cleaner virgin pulp production with energy recovery. We conclude that relocation of paper production also offers a reduction in environmental impact. However, the severe effects on the economy make this policy less attractive than a combination of recycling, cleaner pulp production and energy recovery.

黑龙江省作为一个曾有资源优势的大省,在经历了长期开发之后,资源枯竭与经济发展的矛盾变得异常突出,生态环境接纳污染物已达到饱和状态,经济社会发展已无环境容量,因此,发展循环经济成为当前一项十分紧迫的任务。我们必须跳出传统发展思路,站在可持续发展的战略高度,寻求经济发展的新模式、新理念。应加强地方政府引导和市场推进作用,调整产业结构,优化经济布局,形成循环经济发展的技术支撑体系,营造发展循环经济的良好氛围。将经济导入到良性轨道,大力发展循环经济,并研究其发展对策,最终真正建立起资源节约型社会。     

再生骨料混凝土性能的试验研究

研究的建筑垃圾再生粗骨料中包括废混凝土块和废砖,通过控制砖在再生粗骨料中的掺量来配制再生混凝土,分析研究建筑垃圾中废砖的掺量对再生混凝土性能的影响。     

建筑垃圾资源化利用实证研究

鉴于日益严峻的垃圾围城现象,以西咸北环线高速公路建设工程为依托,调研了该项目的企业用地、所缴纳税额、建筑垃圾原料来源等内容,对建筑垃圾综合利用的应用政策、应用技术、典型示范效应的现状和存在问题进行分析,讨论了依托工程在项目管理、建厂成本、企业免税、原材料获取、运输成本、社会认知度方面的相关政策。研究认为,应借鉴国内外比较全面系统的建筑垃圾分类管理办法,制定国家层面的法律法规体系,规范建筑垃圾的资源化利用;省市层面要根据各地实际,合理规划布局并支持建筑垃圾综合利用;国家和地方管理部门应建立建筑垃圾综合利用的行业标准并参与到政府循环经济发展规划中;还可以通过政策支持、税收优惠、支持技术研发等方式,以管理带动建筑垃圾资源化利用事业的发展。     

Pulping the Black Atlantic: Chester Himes’ A Case of Rape and the Limits of Expatriation

Abstract

This article examines the early expatriate career of Chester Himes, and his overlooked Paris-set novella A Case of Rape (1956). Scholars have identified postwar Paris as the locus of a ‘Black Atlantic’ cosmopolitanism that allowed African American writers to transcend American racial and literary regimes, and in particular the stigma of black ‘protest’ fiction. By contrast, this article argues that Himes’ exile was paradoxical; defined by an exchange, rather than an ‘exceeding’ of American racial and literary stigmas. First, I explore the fetishistic racial politics that energized the Left Bank’s construction of black expatriates as symbols of individualist, masculine, and specifically western transgression. Second, I examine the way in which A Case of Rape, and its narrative of the false conviction of four African American expatriates for rape, dramatizes this paradox. With supreme irony, the novella sees the expatriate celebrity merge with a central symbol of the African American ‘protest’ novel: the black male rapist of white women. Finally, I argue that A Case of Rape is of particular importance for the ways in which it anticipates Himes’ move into pulp fiction. Like his later detective series, A Case of Rape captures Himes’ own disillusionment with conventional notions of authorial autonomy, and literary instrumentality. I conclude that expatriation worked to galvanize, rather than displace, Himes’ interest in the overdetermination of African American literature within dominant western racial discourses.     

再生铝铝渣粒度及成分研究

采用激光衍射式粒度仪、扫描电镜能谱分析和X射线衍射方法,对比分析了不同粒径的再生铝铝渣,比较了其物相与粒度分布之间的差异,就如何提高铝渣聚集效果进行了探讨,结果表明:Na3 AlF6在一定程度上有助于聚集提高铝渣颗粒,MgO不利于铝渣颗粒的聚集,应当避免或减少使用.     

单毛毯压榨在湿浆板机中的应用

通过分析浆板脱水的工作原理,提出在湿浆板机中可以应用单毛毯来进行压榨。通过比较双毯压榨和单毯压榨在湿浆板机中对浆板回湿,起皱的差别,说明单毛毯压榨在湿浆板机中的应用优势,并对双毯压榨和单毯压榨的经济性比较,提出使用单毛毯压榨可节约成本、降低能耗。最后,指出了在湿浆板机试车中需注意的问题。
