BPO服务外包行业技能型人才的培养模式探索

全球BPO服务外包行业是一个快速发展起来的新兴领域,带来了巨大的人才需求市场.如何应对劳动市场变化,根据岗位需求,正确定位培养目标,探索以专业对接产业、课程对接岗位为切入点的校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,构建基于工作过程以职业能力为核心的课程体系,建立多元化的学生评价机制是教学改革创新的重要内容.     

Marriage and Midnight Work: A Qualitative Study of Unmarried Women Call Center Agents in India

Based on a qualitative study, we explored the changing aspirations of marriage among unmarried call center agents in India. Data were collected from forty-five unmarried call center agents and ten parent couples, through in-depth semi structured interviews in the National Capital Region (New Delhi, Gurgaon, and NOIDA) in India. Our study found that the agents desire to continue in their cell center employment after marriage, despite the existing incompatibility between marriage and night shift based call center employment in India. We argue that the socio-cultural background of the agents influences their capacity to exercise their agency more than the economic aspects of their employment.

为培养适应市场需求的应用型、复合型日语人才,从完善实践教学着手,利用综合实践、社会实践、日文电脑课、微机课、毕业实习等实践课教学环节,加强和提高学生日文软件的开发与应用;日文翻译的技能技巧;以及BPO外包技术及相关软件的应用与开发等能力,培养学生熟练地掌握实际应用能力及相关的技术本领。重视实践课教学环节,探索一条日语实践课教学的新途径,为学生创造良好的就业平台,已成为我们探索和改变传统的教学模式的重要内容之一。
