新型农业经营主体嵌入式培育及其带动作用——以石城为例

发挥新型农业经营主体对小农户的带动作用,是促进小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接的关键。江西石城县着眼于“培养农村致富带头人,打造一支不走的扶贫工作队”,立足县域脱贫与发展需要实施了“千人铸造计划”,该计划发挥县级行政动员优势并扎根乡土社会,从培育方案、产业选择、社会基础、组织设置与政策支持等多方面着手,推动了新型农业经营主体的嵌入式培育及其内生带动作用激发,形成了新型农业经营主体带动小农户发展的实践范例。石城经验体现了我国县域政府独特的行政动员机制及其嵌入乡土社会的本土创新,具有重要的推广价值,可为乡村振兴战略下培育扎根乡土致富带头人及实现小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接提供有益启示。     

区域城市旅游网络组织结构分析——以山东省为例

旅游业具有综合性和开放性两大行业特征,客观上决定了区域旅游发展必须突破城市边界,形成城市旅游网络组织,全面开展区域旅游合作。由于各城市旅游在网络组织中结构的差异性,致使其在区域内的地位与作用也不尽相同。通过对山东省城市旅游网络组织结构的分析,反映山东省城市旅游网络下各城市旅游网络结构(网络规模、密度、约束度及中心/边缘等)的差异性,并提出优化区域城市旅游网络组织结构的若干建议。     

Social policy and embedded evaluation: Assessing the impact of a food insecurity project in the United Kingdom

Social policy making needs to involve robust evaluation to assess its impact. In this article, a social policy intervention focused on tackling food insecurity amongst vulnerable people is examined and the benefits and challenges of using an embedded approach to evaluation are considered. Food insecurity is defined as not always having the economic, social, and physical resources to ensure a sufficient supply of nutritionally appropriate food. Evidence suggests that food insecurity in the United Kingdom is increasing in the context of long-term poverty, austerity, insecure employment, rising living costs, low pay, and cuts to welfare and public services. An embedded evaluation was conducted involving interviews with the intervention participants and observations of a series of cooking and food budgeting classes. The findings suggest that the classes had a positive impact on many of the participants, who felt more confident about cooking and valued the shared experience. However, given the acute problems facing many of the participants including long-term poverty, policies aimed at tackling food insecurity need to go beyond cooking and food budgeting skills. The embedded evaluation approach contributed towards the overall impact of the intervention by providing insights that led to changes as part of an iterative process during the intervention rather than in the form of a final report after its completion. An embedded evaluation-based approach can be resource intensive, and the role of the evaluators can present challenges, but it can help to bridge the gap between intervention design, delivery, and social change.

信息共享空间是近几年发展起来的一种新生事物，给传统的图书馆服务模式带来了严峻的挑战，以河北工程大学图书馆信息共享空间建设为例，分析了实体层和虚拟层两个层面建设的内容，介绍了信息共享空间的创新服务，并就信息共享空间的深层次服务提出了对策建议。     

Barriers to Integrated Treatment of Substance Abuse and Trauma Among Women

Despite increasing empirical support for an integrated approach to treating trauma and substance abuse, many substance abuse treatment programs have been slow to embrace integrated models of practice. Using an embedded case study design, the purpose of this study was to understand barriers that prevented a substance abuse treatment provider and 20 professionals and staff from adopting an integrated approach to treating substance abuse and trauma. Data analysis revealed 2 kinds of barriers that prevented substance abuse treatment professionals from fully integrating substance abuse and trauma: systemic and professional barriers. These barriers have to be taken into account when trying to move providers and professionals toward integrated approaches to treating substance abuse and trauma.     

Embedded counselling in advisory work with clients in debt

This article addresses the potential for embedded counselling in social work with clients in debt. It is based on experiences from Sweden where budget and debt advisors employed by the municipalities give assistance to clients in financial difficulties. A distinction is made between advice and guidance on the one hand and counselling on the other. As the financial problems often have been long lasting, it is not enough with one-time advice that the client hopefully then follows. The purpose of the article, thus, is to explore the possibilities of incorporating counselling in the role of the advisor.     

小学生认知风格与教学

通过团体镶嵌图形测验区分小学生的认知风格,通过问卷调查,初步了解认知风格与成绩、教学方式、教师态度之间的关系,期望为小学教育提供一点实践依据。     

基于价值模式的商业集团企业内部控制建设——沃尔玛的经验分析

内部控制不能仅仅理解为信息保障机制,而更应该理解为企业价值管理工具,大型商业集团连锁经营的核心就是要建立一套行之有效的内部控制体系,以实现商业活动的标准化、统一化、专业化和简单化。从企业价值模式角度来看,内部控制是嵌合于其中的一套运营和管理体系,所以内部控制建设应该以价值模式为基础。本文以沃尔玛公司为例说明商业集团企业如何围绕价值模式建设内部控制体系,以期为中国商业集团企业提供有益借鉴。     

Embedded journalism: constructing romanticized images of China by US journalists in the 1970s

This case study examines the memoirs of American correspondents who were “embedded” within official delegations during the course of the US–China rapprochement in the early and mid-1970s. We seek to analyze how short-term visiting journalists arrived at their romanticized portrayals of Maoist China – when it was going through the chaos of the Cultural Revolution – and how the embedding journalistic practice served to facilitate foreign policy ventures orchestrated by both governments. We conclude that this romantic wave of media portrayal was entwined with journalistic preconceptions and a high level of dependency upon local fixers. Furthermore, we use discourse analysis to identify three “ideological packages” in their interpretation of the “new China” and its Cultural Revolution: material progress through self-reliance; a sense of purpose and morality; and equality.     

以ARM-Linux为载体进行嵌入式系统教学关键点的研究

国内外学习、研究和使用嵌入式技术热潮的兴起,对于新技术研究和探索最活跃的高等院校,既是机遇,也是挑战。从嵌入式系统教学过程中普遍存在的几个方面矛盾出发,结合东华理工大学软件学院教育的定位及特色,详细阐述面向就业为导向、创新能力为核心的嵌入式系统教学新体系建设,并对以ARM-Linux为载体进行嵌入式系统教学关键点进行了详实研究,有效促进嵌入式系统课程转型,化解嵌入式系统在教学工程中的关键矛盾,进一步有机作用于教学实践。
