| 摘 要： | 社会转型期贫富分化加剧的"阵痛",已明显"克隆"到大学校园,贫困生群体的迅速扩容、"显富"与"仇富"心态的对立,也已造成骇人闻听、最为严重的人际关系紧张行为后果.而"仁爱"精神是儒家人际关系理论的核心,"仁者亲亲"强调家之爱;"仁者爱人"强调人之爱、社会之爱;立己立人、达己达人和己不欲勿施人,则强调平等宽容.因此,挖掘其精华,理应能从宽容大度、平等待人、克己奉献、自重乐观有为的心态、思想、精神与人生态度方面,促进大学生人际关系的和谐调适.

| Abstract: | The benevolent spirit constitutes the key part of Confucianists' interpersonal relationship theory.At the present time,in college students' interpersonal relationship there exist many problems due to their own and social factors.However,interpersonal relationship education of the students in colleges and universities is still a weak link.To promote the harmony of college students' interpersonal relationship,it is imperative to dig out the essence of Confucianists' thought of benevolence,and strongly advocate the benevolent spirit. |
