| 摘 要： | 目前，城市贫困问题已不可忽视。党和政府高度重视并开展了城市消除贫困工作。本文提出在城市反贫困工作中进行物质扶贫的同时，必须坚持精神扶贫，强调精神扶贫的中心任务是社会主义精神文明建设。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the problem of urban poverty should not be neglected and the Party and government have stressed on it, carrying on an anti poverty campaign. While material help is put forward in the anti urban poverty, the spiritual support should be sticked to. The core of spiritual support is the construction of spiritual civilization. Moreover, the concrete ideas of the construction of spiritual civilization are displayed. |
