| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代中期以来,我国外汇储备在国际收支双顺差和外汇管理体制改革的推动下超常增长,并成为制约货币政策有效性的重要因素。从理论上阐明了在开放经济条件下,外汇储备的来源结构、合理规模及外汇储备变动对我国货币政策独立性的影响。

| Abstract: | Since mid-1990's China's foreign exchange reserves have extraordinarily grown because of the driving of the balance of payments surplus and foreign exchange management system and become an important factor constraining the effectiveness of monetary policy.This article expounds the structure of the souces and the reasonable size of foreign exchange reserves and the impact of changes of foreign exchange reserves to the independence of China's monetary policy in an open economy. |
