| Abstract: | Hanfeizi is the synthesizer of legalist school thought in pre-Qin days. His thought contained sufficient management wisdom. He not only proposed the concrete management objective but also provided the measures and thoughts on realizing the objective. This is the universally discussed Legalist thought of Hanfeizi. Besides,the series fables,proverbs and the peculiar thought of Hanfeizi can also offer valuable management inspiration for us. |
