| 摘 要： | 新自由主义是20世纪80年代以后在西方占主导地位的意识形态和思想体系。新自由主义鼓吹市场规律和自由平等原则,其核心理念是“自由”、“市场”、“效率”,主张经济的自由化、私有化、市场化、全球一体化。其实质是国际垄断资本集政治、经济与文化功能为一体的向全球进行扩张的政策工具．带有鲜明的阶级性与时代烙印,在拉美、亚非发展中国家和前苏联、东欧等社会主义国家实践中产生了很多危害,也是导致南北贫富差距不断拉大的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | The neo-liberalism was the dominant ideology and ideological system after the 1980s in the west.The neo-liberalism advocates the principle of the market rule and liberty and equality.Its core idea is "freedom","market" "efficiency",which claims economic liberalization,privatization,the marketization and global integration.Its essense is the policy tool of the international monopoly capital outstretching to the whole world with the politic,the economic and the cultural function,with bright class nature and the time brand.It has done harms to the practice of Latin American,Asia and Africa developing nations and former Soviet Union,Eastern Europe countries.It is also one of important reasons for unceasingly enlarging of economic difference between north and south. |
