国外产业安全经验、教训对我国物流产业的启示

在考察美国、日本、韩国、拉美地区等国家引进外国资本投资产业的实践基础上,分析和总结这些国家产业安全的经验和教训,并对我国物流产业引进外资出现的安全问题进行分析,提出了对我国物流产业安全,包括强化物流战略意识和发挥政府主导作用,完善和运用物流产业安全的法律法规,形成政府企业有效互动机制等启示.

Enlightenment to Chinas Logistics Industry from the Experience of Foreign Industrial Security

0n the practical basis of studies abroad （including America, Japan, Korea, and Latin American countries） on the introduc- tion to foreign investment in industry, this paper analyzes and summarizes experiences and lessons from these countries, then analy- zes the safety problems from Chinese logistics industry on absorbing foreign investments, and proposes enlightenment of security of the logistics industry in China, including strengthening awareness of logistics strategy and setting up leading from government, per- fecting and making use of laws and regulation of logistics industry security, and forming interactive mechanism of government and in- dustry.
