| 摘 要： | 新加坡环境友好型社会建设的成就举世瞩目,其成绩是政府、个人和非政府组织、企业多元参与的结果。新加坡的经验对武汉城市圈"两型社会"建设有着重要启示:在环境友好型社会建设中,政府主导是基础,多元参与是关键,多种政策工具并用是途径。
