| 摘 要： | 通过分析户籍制度对农村剩余劳动力转移呈现出紧—松—紧状况的原因,指出经济结构发展的不均衡是导致农村剩余劳动力转移受到阻碍的主要因素,而户籍制度则是其一个制度方面的表现,由此得出的结论是户籍制度的改革有赖于产业结构的调整、社会保障制度的改革等一系列配套改革措施的完成。

| Abstract: | There are many problems about migration of rural surplus labor.Household registration system is an important cause.This article analyses the appearance of pressing-loosing-pressing of rural surplus labor migration by household registration system.In fact,the development of non-walrasian equilibrium of economic structure is the key factor which hinders rural surplus labor migration.Household registration system is the reflection on institution.The conclusion is that household registration reform depends on adjustment of industrial structure,social security and welfare system reform and other coordinated reforms relating to household registration system. |
