| 摘 要： | 为了适应电子商务迅猛发展的形势 ,并确保消费者对电子商务的信心 ,在最近通过的《民商事管辖权及判决的承认与执行条例》中 ,欧盟对电子消费合同的管辖权问题作出了专门规定。“针对性”方法将成为未来电子商务管辖权的理性选择 ,将能真正作为确定电子商务案件管辖权的科学依据

| Abstract: | In order to adapt itself to the development of E\|commerce and guarantee the consumers' confidence in E\|commerce, EU has given special provisions to electronic consumer contract jurisdiction in recently passed "council regulation on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters". The "target" method will be a rational choice of E\|commerce jurisdiction as well as a reasonable basis for E\|commerce jurisdiction. |
