| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会是我国的根本政治制度,是13亿人民选择的适合我国基本国情、国体的一种新的政权组织形式。坚持和完善人民代表大会制度,加强和改善党的领导,加强人大及其常委会的自身建设,认真履行宪法赋予的职权,是发展社会主义民主政治的根本途径,是建设社会主义政治文明的重要一环。

| Abstract: | The people representative conference system is our country's basic political system,it is a new form of political power arganization chosen by thirteen hundred million people,it is in beeping with basic state of the nation,national prestige of our country.Insisting on and perfecting the people representative conference system,enhancing the leading of the Communist Party of China,enhancing the people representative conference and its standing committee,implementing the right which given by Constitution carefully is not only a basic path to develop socialism democracy but also a basic wreath of developing socialism political civilization. |
