关于公平与效率及其关系的哲学思考

公平与效率是人类社会存在和发展的永恒主题;"效率优先,兼顾公平"是社会主义市场经济体制中基本的分配原则.公平是对人的本质、地位、作用关系的认识与评价,与公平相关的效率是人的实践能力和水平的标志.追求公平与效率,最终都是为了人自身的发展.效率与公平之间存在着互激效应,它们之间不仅存在着冲突和对立,而且存在着联系和统一.在社会主义市场经济条件下,我们不能离开公平去追求效率,反过来,我们也不能离开效率谈公平;实现效率和公平的动态平衡是社会主义市场经济所要解决的一个历史性难题.

Philosophically Thinking about Fairness, Efficiency and the Relation between Them

Fairness and efficiency is eternal theme of human social being and development;"Efficiency comes first,balances fairness" is a basic distribution principle in the socialist market economy system.Fairness is understanding and appraisal of essence,status,function relation of human,and efficiency is the sign of the human's practice ability and level.The pursuit of fairness and efficiency is finally all for human's own development.Efficiency and fairness can inspirit each other,which not only conflicts and opposes but also connects and unites.Under the socialist market economy condition,we can't pursue fairness without efficiency,conversely,we can't pursue efficiency without fairness either;It is a historical difficult issue that the socialist market economy should solve to realize efficiency and fairness dynamic equilibrium.
