| 摘 要： | 大学生社团是高校开展学生社会实践活动的重要载体,也是进行大学生自我教育的基本途径。分析了大学生社团在学生自我教育中的重要作用和新时期学生教育管理的新特点,并尝试提出了新形势下大学生社团建设和自我教育相结合的有效途径。分析认为应该在社团的管理模式、制度建设、干部培养等方面进行变革,以适应新形势下大学生自我教育对社团建设的新要求。

| Abstract: | College student community is an important carrier of social practice activities and a basic approach to conduct self-education.Through analyzing the role of student communities and the characteristics of student management in the new situation,the paper proposes effective ways to associate community construction and self-education.Suggestions are given from the aspect of management model,system construction,and cadre development. |
