| 摘 要： | 农村土地制度是人们在一定社会经济条件下,因土地的归属和利用问题而产生的所有土地关系的总称。农村土地制度直接制约着农业生产的发展,探讨我国农村土地制度的规律和发展趋势是理论界面临的重大课题。虽然各地在一定范围内进行了制度创新,但是就目前情况来看,仍然存在诸多问题。运用演化经济学的理论观点,回顾我国农村土地制度形成发展的基础上,深入研究制度变迁演化规律,有助于为农村土地制度改革提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Land institution is a general term for all the land relationship resulting from the problems of land ownership and it is used in certain social and economic conditions.Land institution directly restricts the development of agricultural production,so studying the inherent laws and the development trend of land institution in China is an important theory issue.Some land institution innovations have appeared in a few areas of China.However,there are still many problems on the current situation.Using the theory of evolutionary economics,it reviews the formation and development of rural land institution in China and its evolution laws,which is helpful to provide basis for the rural land institution reform. |
