| 摘 要： | 通过对个性的概念和体育教学过程属性的简要分析，对体育教师的个性特征在体育素质教育中的作用作了初步探讨，认为体育教师的个性特征可以激发强化学习动机；提高体育教学效果；提高体育教师在学生心目中的威信；促进学生个性和谐发展；有利于体育教师形成自己的教学风格；影响体育教师的教态。

| Abstract: | By the brief analysis of the conception of personality and the process attribute of P.E.teaching,the role of P.E.teachers personality in P.E.quality education is discussed P.E.teachers personality can stimulate and strengthen students' leaning motivation,improve teaching result and the teacher's prestige standing with the students;and promote the students' personality harmonious development.It is helpful for the formation of their own teaching style and affecting the teaching attitude of P.E.teachers. |
