| 摘 要： | 作为国民终身教育体系的重要组成部分,成人教育在社会生活中显得越来越重要,这对高校成人教育来说既是机遇又是挑战。近年来,高校成人教育在跨越式发展的同时,其管理问题也突显出来。因此,为了优化普通高校成人教育二级管理模式,文章提出了若干对策建议。
